I was disappointed when they gave me the price for my traded in. It was not what you say you are going to do. 120% of bluebook and I had to spin time trying to get what I could for my trade in and stil traded in. I already have one Sheehy vehicle - my 2005 Ford Escape which I love...but because of life changes (son w/o car, mom in rehab) I was putting on too many miles each day and didn't want to run the Escape int which I love...but because of life changes (son w/o car, mom in rehab) I was putting on too many miles each day and didn't want to run the Escape into the ground as I plan to keep it a long time. I was interested in perhaps a new or used small car that got good mileage. When I met with Matt Love, he had several suggestions for me....but after seeing the first, my mind was made up. As they say in "Godfather" - it was an offer too good to refuse! Matt had an older not-Ford vehicle which fit the criteria. But he also had a NEW 2013 Ford Fiesta! The Fiesta was among the small cars I could be interested in (along with a Nissan Versa, a Hyuandai, one other?). But this one was an especially GOOD deal. It seems a lady had purchased it new a week earlier (it had 400 miles on it at that time)...she drove it a few days (only putting 40 miles on it)...she even installed the keyless entry system...then decided she needed something bigger/more substancial - she brought it back to trade in on a Focus or Fusion. She literally loss several thousand dollars in this transaction...but her loss was definitely MY GAIN! This little car fits all my criteria....small, great gas mileage, room to carry the dogs (it's a hatchback & back seat folds down). In a little more than a week's time I had already put another 600 miles on it! It runs smooth - I'm on the highway a lot (& the mileage is supposed to be 39/40 HWY!)....I got my payments to a very comfortable level for me (I'm retired & on a budget!)...and I kept my beloved Escape (which was in the shop to get new brakes!). Matt walked me thru every step of the process...and his co-workers explained everything clearly. I was VERY comfortable in making this decision. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone & I have! Thank you for making what is normally a stressful transaction into a smooth, easy one! More

Had been looking for a new truck for a while. Requested Steve Draga since I had previously purchased a vehicle through him earlier and found the sales service quite good. Steve showed me what was in stock and identified what incentives were currently available. We found a truck that met my needs and Steve provided a delivered price quote with incentives included. I wanted to think the offer over a bit and left without committing to a purchase. A few hours later, Steve left a phone message for me indicating that there was a sales price available for the specific truck I had selected. This further reduced the price by a few thousand dollars. Bottom line - I returned that afternoon and purchased the truck. Steve's extra effort to provide great service was effective and I will seek him out in the future as I replace other aging cars. More

I have had good experiences in the past at Pearson Jeep, but Rex showed me that Sheehy is even better. While it was the price that attracted our attention online, the subsequent experience with this dealer would probably lead me to not recommend them. I arrived by appointment to purchase a used vehicle online, the subsequent experience with this dealer would probably lead me to not recommend them. I arrived by appointment to purchase a used vehicle only to find out after driving over two hours that they have a "no haggle policy." When asked why this is not on the website as a policy, the manager explained that it is not a policy. This is no way to treat your customers. Either it is a policy or it isn't. You can't choose to say so when it is convenient. (It is stated in small print, but I wonder how many others feel duped) We were also exposed to various employees and music using bad language. For this reason, I would also not recommend that children spend time at this location. Despite the issues mentîoned above, we purchased a great vehicle and Matt Love did a superb job of not only selling the car but fixing concerns prior to our departure. More
