While the salesman, Mauro, was a good salesman and did his job well selling me the car the rest of the experience was horrendous! Within days, however, Ms. Figueroa was calling to change our contract and our APR. My monthly payments increased and I was trapped, when I asked for options she gave me none. Our tags and title did not arrive within 30 days and all we could was the run around from person to person. After the tags and title arrived we found our address to be incorrect on our documents and even though we have left repeated messages with Ms. Figueroa, Mr. Mohabet, and Mr. McCarthy we have not received a phone call back, shocking! The back of all their business cards says Sincere & Hospitable Employees Enthusiastically Helping You (SHEEHY). Dont' believe it, once they get that car out the door all sincerity and hospitality go with it. More
