I was surprised at how well they got me in and out. When I had a question about how my part was fixed, the guy took the time and explained in detail. Some customers they let know, although considering they had many customers, I can understand. I'd say about 6 service employees were chipper, while the other two weren't the social-type. You certainly aren't going to have a 100% Disney environment in any service area. I would definitely go there again, though. More
