Kevin was great to work with and Arthur went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. The way that Arthur treated me just for buying a used car, I can't imagine how it would be if I bou way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. For almost 15 years, my wife and I bought our cars from -- and have them serviced at -- Sheehy Ford, Springfiled. Good record. But, today when my car was left over-night for service, I was told, for the fi -- and have them serviced at -- Sheehy Ford, Springfiled. Good record. When I stopped by to make an appointment. They came out and checked the problem. When I dropped off the truck they had a switch just in case it was needed. In stead of taking all day it was fixed in unde and checked the problem. When I dropped off the truck they had a switch just in case it was needed. In stead of taking all day it was fixed in under an hour. No need to come back for an install after diagnosing the problem. Great service and professionalism. More

I have purchased over 25 new and used vehicles over 45 years of driving. Sheehy Ford has become the one-stop shop for me, my family and my colleagues. My experiences as well as my family and each of the customers I have steered to Sheehy have always been excellent. Sheehy Sales Manager's and each of the salespeople I have dealt with have been honest and very helpful. Their knowledge and expertise rise above all others I have dealt with including one where I was an employee. Service is the very best one could hope for whether it is normal maintenance item or an immediate need to correct or explain any warning indicators or malfunction of the vehicle. There have been few of these issues due to the high level of preventive maintenance and the use of their VIP program. More
