I've been searching for over a month for a new Fusion and to get it at a resonable price where the dealer makes money and I don't get robbed. The salesperson that waited on us was very straigt forward and we didn't have to hassel around about what was expected to put us in a new car. I traded in a 2012 Focus and the trade-in value I wanted for the car I got (based on KBB). I went to other dealers in the area and the people I was dealing with didn't want to deviate from the trade in amount or the price of the new car. With this all said and done I am the type of person that tells it like it is. If Sheehy was bad I would tell you. The thing that I liked about Sheehy is they greated you with a smile and everyone on the sales floor was a positive influence. Tom was the salesman I was working with, but all of his co-workers was there for him greeting us and making sure we were at home. For anyone that has bad car buying days I know you wouldn't have one at Sheehy Ford of Springfield. I now know I am part of an extended family. Thank you Sheehy Ford. More

One dealership did not return my call and another lied to me. Sheehy was honest the entire process. The sales man worked different solutions with me and found cars within a local radius. I went to Sheehy and told them what I wanted and they did not try to convince me to anything less or more. Starting with price, Sheehy match price to the best of their ability and gave me the most for my trade-in which help with reducing my loan. The banks was difficulty, but Sheehy made sure I walked away with the car I wanted with special bonuses that only a buyer would know if you choose Sheehy. Happy customer with a 2013 Mustang! More
Met ken McAlpine and asked to see a couple vehicles. Ken was exceptionally friendly and professional. My wife and I felt no pressure to buy a vehicle and actually only wanted to compare. Ken showed us everything and then suggested test driving which we did and to my surprise we really liked the Ford Explorer as we thought we would like the Edge. Ken again with no pressure ran the numbers and then turned it over to his sales manager Arthur Lauw who also was very friendly and negotiated the price. Arthur was very transparent and showed us the invoice along with what the dealer paid and we were able to agree on a price and as stressful as buying a car can be Ken made it less stressful and very enjoyable as we were very satisfied with the purchase because of both Ken and Arthur. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking to buy and the Ford Explorer has been a great purchase! More
Bought my new truck in July after I brought a friend in to "just look" at new trucks and he walked away with one that day. So I put together what I wanted in a new Truck and sat down with Victor once again to "just look" at new trucks and he walked away with one that day. So I put together what I wanted in a new Truck and sat down with Victor once again and that afternoon Theresa found one and had it shipped in. Once I seen the truck and decided I like it, we sat down and they come up with a price that I couldnt refuse. Even with the few little issues with a bad pump and wrong vin number, everyone there did everything they could to make it right and ensure I was happy with my decision. Everytime I go into the store its like meeting up with friends i'v known for a long time. Great Job Sheehy Team! More

i am a struggling mom who works 3 jobs and this dealership thought it fit to give me a truck that I can carry my child around in and get to all three jobs. I did not purchase my 2011 Explorer from this dealer however I brought it in for Sync update and was treated like a valued customer. All of the staff that I interacted with were polite, professional, attentive and focused on customer service. Chris made sure to call me and let me know the status of my parts and repairs. I loved the service Tony gave us, when I first came in I wasn't 100% sure of trading my car and I had a lot of doubts. After hours of talking test driving etc...he was still very patient.
