Best FORD Dealer in Fairfax and surrounding areas! I don't usually post on these things, but today was such a roller coaster that I had to let others in Northern VA know that not all Ford Dealers are a I don't usually post on these things, but today was such a roller coaster that I had to let others in Northern VA know that not all Ford Dealers are alike! When my Ford Escape Hybrid died this weekend, I had it towed it to the nearest Ford dealer...Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax, VA. I usually go to Sheehy in Springfield, but I figured they were all pretty similar. But I was SO WRONG! When they opened on Monday, a rep from Ted Britt called to tell me they ran a diagnostic test and repairs were gonna be $1,780 total. Only when I asked for a break down did I discover that the cost for the parts was about $680, but the labor was gonna cost me $1,100 ! I asked why so high and I was told it was a complicated fix. In ADDITION to the mechanical work, they also recommended I replace the arm for the suspension control.... and that was gonna be ANOTHER $690 ! I was looking at almost $2,500 total. So, I decided to have my car towed to my USUAL place... the Sheehy Ford in Springfield and within a couple of hours, Ralph from Sheehy had given me an estimate with a very specific breakdown of parts and labor for all things I needed. NOW... I am only paying $500 for all the mechanical repairs (that is parts AND labor total) and an additional $380 to replace the suspension arm. I will NEVER go to Ted Britt Ford again. Sheehy Ford of Springfield Walking into the Dealership; my husband and I had pre approved financing; and we were looking to just get the car and go. We ended up getting the financing through the dealership; we were able to qualify for more. Our sales contact, Chris; got the car from a different dealership brought to us; and it was a pleasant expierence to not feel hassled or pressured. The finance manager we worked with, Don, worked out many different types of options for us; and just let us choose what suited us and our budget; again with no feeling of being hassled or pressured. It was a wonderful expierence; and I highly recommend this dealership, especially working with these two gentleman. More

Mr. Jerome Boykin was excellent to work with in my efforts to seek out the best vehicle to suit my own needs and desire. I would highly recommend Mr. Boykin as he has continued to leave the door open to accommodate me in his efforts to ensure my vehicle purchase was a rewarding experience. Mr. Benjamin Montgomery was fantastic. I had every intention of financing through my own Credit Union. This was vehicle #8 that I've bought from Sheehy Ford in approximately a 16 year span. Although I have financed through Ford a time or two, I have consistently stuck to my Credit Union as a long term member. Mr. Montgomery went above & beyond to gain my business to finance through Ford. His customer service was superb and I would highly recommend him to anyone as he made an extremely positive impression upon me. More

Mr. Ralph Taylor is the absolute best. He has serviced my vehicles for approximately 16 years now, minus a couple of years when Mr. Taylor had left before returning to Sheehy Ford in Springfield. I am now on my 8th vehicle that I have purchased from Sheehy Ford over the years and Mr. Taylor remains my service manager. I have always had total comfort in knowing that Mr. Taylor is our service manager. I have found him to be 100% reliable & dependable, and a man who conducts honest, respectful business. Easiest Purchase Ever!!! I contacted Benjamin Montgomery when my previous car died. I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car or the ordeal of the whole thing. I think when I purchased my last car it just took way too long and was not an easy negotiation. Dealing with Ben was great! He had the car parked out side and ready for the test drive when I arrived. He had the paperwork ready to go. Benjamin Montgomery was very professional and courteous. His confidence in his job put me at ease immediately. He helped me find the best solution. The next time I need to get a new car I will be sure to come to Sheehy Ford of Springfield and ask for Benjamin Montgomery. Thank you for making what could have been an excruciating ordeal painless. Dropped off my truck for oil/fuel filter change appointment. 6 hours later when I picked it up I had a low fuel pressure light. The price was over 200 more than my local Ford dealership in SC! My husband and I have been at this dealership since 1986. We would not think of going any where else. Over the years, we have bought several new cars and a couple used cars and have always been very happy wi We would not think of going any where else. I purchased a used Nissan from Sheehy Ford of Springfield, VA and Bouquet Washington was my salesperson. Mr. Washington was very helpful and friendly. I had spoken with him on the phone about thi Springfield, VA and Bouquet Washington was my salesperson. Mr. Washington was very helpful and friendly. I had spoken with him on the phone about this specific vehicle and he had it waiting for me when I arrived. He didn't try to upsell me on a new vehicle or use any tactics that most salesmen use to get more money from someone. The truck, a nearly 10 year old model, was in great shape and was very impressive. I let Mr. Washington know I need to be out of there within 3 hours of my arrival and he and his finance guy made that happen. They gave me a fair price on my trade, though some negotiation was required to get it to the blue book value. My only complaint was having to see the person before the finance person. All dealers have this individual, they try to sell you corrosion preventative and other types of snake oil. But had I known that was who I was waiting for, I could of skipped him/her and been out of there sooner. Overall a good experience. More
