We ended up getting the financing through the dealership; we were able to qualify for more. Our sales contact, Chris; got the car from a different dealership brought to us; and it was a pleasant expierence to not feel hassled or pressured. The finance manager we worked with, Don, worked out many different types of options for us; and just let us choose what suited us and our budget; again with no feeling of being hassled or pressured. It was a wonderful expierence; and I highly recommend this dealership, especially working with these two gentleman. More

Mr. Benjamin Montgomery was fantastic. I had every intention of financing through my own Credit Union. This was vehicle #8 that I've bought from Sheehy Ford in approximately a 16 year span. Although I have financed through Ford a time or two, I have consistently stuck to my Credit Union as a long term member. Mr. Montgomery went above & beyond to gain my business to finance through Ford. His customer service was superb and I would highly recommend him to anyone as he made an extremely positive impression upon me. More
Mr. Ralph Taylor is the absolute best. He has serviced my vehicles for approximately 16 years now, minus a couple of years when Mr. Taylor had left before returning to Sheehy Ford in Springfield. I am now on my 8th vehicle that I have purchased from Sheehy Ford over the years and Mr. Taylor remains my service manager. I have always had total comfort in knowing that Mr. Taylor is our service manager. I have found him to be 100% reliable & dependable, and a man who conducts honest, respectful business. Easiest Purchase Ever!!! I contacted Benjamin Montgomery when my previous car died. I was not looking forward to purchasing a new car or the ordeal of the whole thing. I think when I purchased my last car it just took way too long and was not an easy negotiation. Dealing with Ben was great! He had the car parked out side and ready for the test drive when I arrived. He had the paperwork ready to go. Benjamin Montgomery was very professional and courteous. His confidence in his job put me at ease immediately. He helped me find the best solution. The next time I need to get a new car I will be sure to come to Sheehy Ford of Springfield and ask for Benjamin Montgomery. Thank you for making what could have been an excruciating ordeal painless. Dropped off my truck for oil/fuel filter change appointment. 6 hours later when I picked it up I had a low fuel pressure light. The price was over 200 more than my local Ford dealership in SC! Over the years, we have bought several new cars and a couple used cars and have always been very happy wi We would not think of going any where else. We have had several employees working with us to get the best deal and always making sure we get what we want. When we enter the dealership, rather it be to buy another new/used car or for service or just to ask a question, we are always greeted with a smile and what can we do for you today. Everyone here is very friendly and truly interested in making your visit a success. We have sent several friends to this dealership and they also have received exceptional service. We continue to tell all of our friends that this is the place to go to purchase a vehicle. For this reason, I believe you deserve an outstanding rating. Thank you for all the years of great service. I purchased a used Nissan from Sheehy Ford of Springfield, VA and Bouquet Washington was my salesperson. Mr. Washington was very helpful and friendly. I had spoken with him on the phone about this specific vehicle and he had it waiting for me when I arrived. He didn't try to upsell me on a new vehicle or use any tactics that most salesmen use to get more money from someone. The truck, a nearly 10 year old model, was in great shape and was very impressive. I let Mr. Washington know I need to be out of there within 3 hours of my arrival and he and his finance guy made that happen. They gave me a fair price on my trade, though some negotiation was required to get it to the blue book value. My only complaint was having to see the person before the finance person. All dealers have this individual, they try to sell you corrosion preventative and other types of snake oil. But had I known that was who I was waiting for, I could of skipped him/her and been out of there sooner. Overall a good experience. More

I spent over 3 hours at Sheehy on two separate occasions (3 months apart) when I was trying to get information and pricing on a new vehicle. During the second time they basically played games with me t (3 months apart) when I was trying to get information and pricing on a new vehicle. During the second time they basically played games with me to keep me waiting as long as possible (ie; not being able to find information about the car I had evaluated for a trade in - insurance card that was on top of glove box when I opened it). The first quote they provided me was basically the sticker price even though I stated originally a price I wanted to shoot for. They refused to work with me over the phone or email for the most part and insisted I come down to the dealer to talk about continuing price options and never gave me any information over the phone, etc. Two weeks later (last day of the month) they called me back trying to get my sale finally because they were way under their quota for the month on sales apparently and then spent the day back and forth (over the phone finally) trying to get me the deal I was looking for the first time around. Not only did I only have one day to this, during work it was Halloween as well, and since I had kids that was not convenient at all to think I would have to spend god knows how many hours at the dealership (again) to lock the right price down. Their service department constantly is trying to milk money out of any service that I have done there. Every time I go in for a basic oil change they come back with hundreds of dollars of work to be done on a vehicle that was less then 4 years old. As well as taking multiple hours on service as simple as an oil change, or not notifying me that my car was ready to be picked up until over an hour after it was parked outside (I found this out after I complained about waiting around still). Overall I think the customer service here was pitiful, and I gladly took my business for a new Ford elsewhere, as well as will seek service elsewhere as well. More
