2016 Focus ST I had a great experience buying my focus st from sheehy ford. They didn't end up having the car I wanted in stock so they had it shipped in the next day from God knows where. I loved it and the whole buying process was very easy and everyone was super friendly. My last car buying experience left a bad taste in my mouth so it was very refreshing to have everything go so smoothly this time around. Steve Smith and Maxxx Manu were very nice and worked hard to get my daughter every rebate that she qualified for. Maxxx linked her phone up to the car so that she can be safe behind the wheel. He showed her many of the cars features and really introduced her to this car that she will probably own for the next ten years. Dennis Cronin, Steve Smith, Harry and my Fusion Energi Great buying experience. Met salesman Dennis Cronin, who was very knowledgeable, and went for a test drive of a Fusion SE. No pressure and he did a ni Great buying experience. Met salesman Dennis Cronin, who was very knowledgeable, and went for a test drive of a Fusion SE. No pressure and he did a nice job selling the car. Met sales manager Harry and he talked about his personal Fusion Energi, the great incentives, the nicer equipment like leather and power seats. He talked about the benefits of a PHEV, Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle, and how you can run battery only for about 20 miles without engaging the gas engine. I'm coming off a Sonata hybrid lease and was not impressed with the mileage over a non-hybrid. Honestly I was planning to lower my payment and go with a no frills model to commute to work, amd no more hybrids. But I liked what I heard from Dennis and Harry and I did some more research on the Fusion Energi. (I sold cars to put myself through college a long time ago and since then I've become a very thorough and cautious buyer.) My commute to work at Tysons Corner is 18 miles one way and we have charging stations in the parking garage. I realized that I could commute back and forth to work on just the battery power alone, saving gas and polluting less while in traffic for 2 hours each day! I went back in a couple of days layer to see Dennis and drive a Fusion Energi. Then Dennis and Manager Steve really treated me well and made me a fantastic deal. With the incentives on PHEV and the generous discount my payment went down from what I paid on my last car. But it gets better, the lease on my old car still had a month to go and I had a return fee to pay to give the car back. (Note Ford doesn't charge that fee at the end of their leases). Dennis and Steve worked it so the last payment and return fee on my old car were covered as part of the deal. About the only drawback was the small size of the trunk. When I mentioned that it just needed to be big enough to fit my golf clubs Steve got a big smile on his face and told me about his days as a professional golfer. To cap off a great deal Steve has offered to play a round of golf with me and give me some on the course pointers! Who goes to buy a car and ends up with a free lesson from a PGA pro? Again thanks to salesman Dennis Cronin, managers Steve Smith, Harry and the finance manager for making it easy to buy and a pleasure to do business with Sheehy Ford in Springfield. La'Quisha Turner is phenomenal! La'Quisha Turner is absolutely THE BEST sales person I have ever encountered! She was extremely knowledgeable on both vehicles I was interested in loo La'Quisha Turner is absolutely THE BEST sales person I have ever encountered! She was extremely knowledgeable on both vehicles I was interested in looking at. She was calm and patient as I asked questions about the vehicles, warranties, services, etc. She was open and direct, and explained EVERYTHING! She not only printed the window stickers and went step by step about the cost and perks on the vehicle I went to see, but also the vehicle they had brought down from Maryland (for me!) AND a vehicle I was interested in seeing at another dealership. Though she has already walked me through everything, La'Quisha set me up with Q to help with the finance stuff with my car who just as wonderful as she was. I was pretty well determined that even if I had not bought was not my dream car (the one they brought to Springfield from Maryland) I still would have worked with La'Quisha and bought a car from her because she was THAT honest and fabulous. Good place to buy a car Mary Miller was a caring sales person and she is actually the reason why I purchased my car at this dealership. I felt like she was up front with me Mary Miller was a caring sales person and she is actually the reason why I purchased my car at this dealership. I felt like she was up front with me about the goings on. She seemed to actually care about the whole buying experience for me. The dealership itself was under going a lot of changes to include the buildings and the staff. But Mary was tride and true through it all. I would definitely purchase another car from her. She deserves 5 stars for sure. More
