Over all strait forward and very professional. I have bought many cars and trucks over the past 30, years, 16 to be exact 12, Fords. I found the sales person Maxxx Manu, to be the most efficient and strait foreword sales person, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The over all dealership was organized and on top of there game. I'm a no nonsense person and strait foreword, I expect the same. Maxxx and I had a conversation via the phone prier to my visit. Maxxx and I had clarified and agreed on several issues. Sheehey Ford, and Maxxx followed through as agreed. I had what was expected of me and Sheehey Ford, had what we had agreed on. Early Father's Day Gift My husband and I went to Sheehy yesterday after finding a couple of cars he was interested in. My husband got to test drive both but was interested in looking at another car somewhere else. So we left and he went to see the other car but after driving it, he decided he wanted the Chrysler. The process after filling out the paperwork was fast and painless. When we met with Anthony, he understood our needs and wants and wasn't example of what extraordinary customer service is. Purchased new Platinum Explorer at Sheehy Ford, Springfield We came in just looking at new Explorers and to test drive a couple of cars to find out the difference between the regular V6 and the V6 ecoboost. We were looking to replace out 2003 Explorer Limited, which was the top of the line back then. Maxxx Manu helped us test drive the the two, and then suggested to us to test drive the Platinum. He was very friendly, knew the car inside and out, answered all of our questions, had a great laugh, and there was no pressure at all. Maxxx actually found another rebate that we didn't know about. The offer with the discounts and rebates were such that we could not walk away. We are very happy with our new Explorer and feel that we were treated fairly the entire time. More

I did my homework...once the sales team knew in was a cash buyer and had price point as my main objective, it got easy. No upselling, no squirrelly "oh, to get that price you have to finance with us"... no pushback when I objected to paying sales tax on "delivery" fees that the Virginia DMV website doesn't say are taxed (though it does say dealer prep fees are subject to tax). They wouldn't take a personal check without a credit check, but did hold the car for me until I returned with a cashiers check the next day. This was as stress free as car buying gets. Do your homework, and you will get a great deal. I was not convinced about the ease of the "easy price"... but I am now. Sheehy has earned a customer. I've had Fords serviced there for years, and I suspect I will be buying my next Ford there when the time comes. More
