Sheehy Saves the Day We purchased a new Ford Flex from Sheehy Ford of Springfield. I had no intention of buying a Ford again after 20 years of Ford ownership and a lemon We purchased a new Ford Flex from Sheehy Ford of Springfield. I had no intention of buying a Ford again after 20 years of Ford ownership and a lemon Fusion that died in March at age 4. After calling 2 other Ford dealers in the area and receiving no help I tried one last dealership and called Sheehy in Springfield. The service department listened and offered to help us. They had Maxxx call us. Maxxx was concerned, he listened, and asked questions. He asked what we wanted in a Flex, what we did not want, and he had one waiting when we arrived. We test drove it but we said we would prefer something a little different. Maxxx went to work and quickly found us a different model but the price was too high. We gave Maxxx the specs of a Flex we almost bought 3 weeks prior at a different dealership. Maxxx quickly found us a Flex with all the same features as the one we previously considered buying; it fit all our needs. Maxxx went to bat for us to negotiate a good trade for our lemon. He was patient with our changes, he was helpful and offered choices, he kept working until we were happy. He was kind, respectful, answered all our questions, offered us refreshments. He worked quickly and efficiently. It was such a great experience. I felt Maxxx rally cared about us and wanted us to leave happy. We left ecstatic with a beautiful new car that we love. Thank you Maxxx and thank you Sheehy Ford. We will come back again and we will recommend you to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
Horrible I don't know why anyone would ever buy from this place they are horrid. My husband and I bought a dodge caravan from them. The vehicle interior looked great and of course good price range. Until we drove home about 2 hours away and found out the DVD screen in th rear wasn't not working properly. The vehicle would not shift from 1st to 2nd gear properly. Their was a tear in the drives seat, didn't have the vehicle 3 days and the hatch motor is starting to go out. There was water damage to the ceiling of the vehicle and the back under the stowed seats. So as we were told we brought the vehicle back to the dealership which again was a 2 hour drive with two young kids. They told me over the phone I would recieve a rental vehicle or a used vehicle off the lot if they couldn't get a rental in time. The sales rep. Told us when we got to the dealership that the service department was closed to go home. Long story short we went 2 weeks later to pick up our vehicle and the DVD system is worse then when we brought it in the wouldn't fix the motor on the hatch and the van still doesn't shift correctly. So please I beg u do not do business with sheenhy ford of springfield. The only good thing is Dave perrin who was the only one to give me answers after no one who return my phone calls for the entire time the dealership had my vehicle. When I went back in to tell them the DVD system didn't work at all the Bob Gordon didn't even have enough respect to talk to me himself he sat at his desk and had the service desk clerk tell me they would call me two days later for the mechanic to talk me thru how to fix it myself ugh..... horribe. Only put one star cause it made me to post the review. More

When I got there, I met Cameron Powell, he showed me the car and let me test drive it and I absolutely loved it!! We started on the paperwork, everything went smoothly and quickly. It was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, everyone was friendly, and it didn't take hours to buy a car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends! More
First and very pleasant visit I have never been to a dealership to buy a car before, I always just looked online. But when I got to this dealership everyone was welcoming and pleased to help. The main person I dealt with was Maxxx who helped me buy a better option car than the the one I originally came in for. He was very detailed and descriptive on what I needed to know before purchasing the vehicle. This guy right here is an A+ car salesman and I would recommend him to anybody who goes to this dealership. Keep up the work man, I bet you make a lot of people proud in the vehicles they drive off in. More

Truck totaled while in for repair Sheehy Horror Story - I took my 2014 F-150 Crew Cab in to have a slight engine miss checked. The truck was absolutely mint, garage kept and not a scr Sheehy Horror Story - I took my 2014 F-150 Crew Cab in to have a slight engine miss checked. The truck was absolutely mint, garage kept and not a scratch on it with 13K miles. Later that day I received a phone call from the service manager that my truck had been involved in a head on collision on Loisdale Road. In fairness to Sheehy, the other driver was charged in the accident, not the Sheehy service tech. The service manager was very apologetic and promised Sheehy would take care of me and help in any way they could. Unfortunately I was put into the position to deal with the other party's small time insurance company and they strung me along for 2 months, until finally, the truck was deemed a total loss. During the 2 months without my truck, the service manager and I would touch base and he assured me that we would work something out with the general manager once resolved. I was cut a check for 33K from the insurance co and now ready to see what Sheehy was going to do make this right. The GM finally agreed to speak with me. His offer - To find me a similar used truck or knock $200 of their internet price on a comparable new truck. Well a used truck wasn't really an option, it was going to take a long time to find a perfect used truck with the options that my truck had. Remember I had already waited 2 months. I tried to negotiate a new truck and after going back and forth, I offered to come out of my pocket $7,000 up to 40K, which would have resulted in them coming down $3000. The GM said I was asking too much and refused the deal, saying $200 off their internet price was what he was willing to do. I was always professional and never lost my cool with them. I've been a Ford truck owner since 1985. No more. I believe in Karma and hopefully this pitiful attempt at customer service comes back to bite them in the end. I have no ill will towards the service manager and believe he really did believe his GM was going to take care of me. BTW, I wrote to Vince Sheehy and Ford about this experience, both of which never bothered to respond. More

Ford Ranger Pickup Truck Crystal overheard us asking about a Ford Ranger and even though others were saying no, she spoke up and said that one had just come in.
