Family-Friendly My husband and I have been searching for an upgrade for our minivan, our minivan did serve us with everything we need except roomier space. With four My husband and I have been searching for an upgrade for our minivan, our minivan did serve us with everything we need except roomier space. With four daughters all but one is in either a car seat or booster seat, room in a vehicle is squished. We had our hearts on a suburban, and because I had bought my mini van from Sheehy, I was determined to buy a suburban from Sheehy. I found one online, but it did not have an entertainment package, my van did, and with road trips and four small children it is a necessity. However, I had gotten a call from La'Quisha, and she assured me that they can install a DVD system in any vehicle, so we set forth to get the Suburban that I picked out. They met us at the dealership with the Suburban because it was at another one, and Crystal did everything she could to accommodate us- including feeding the children a meatball sub. They went up and beyond what a normal car dealership would do, and I'm a Sheehy customer for life! Thank you Crystal More

I made it in that night immediately after work despite my limited schedule and while I was exhausted, he took care of everything. Got my trade-in values quick, brought the new car around, and even let me go a little further in the test drive so I could test out the the engine and handling as the EcoSport is a completely different vehicle from my awesome, yet impractical Mustang that I also bought from Sheehy of Springfield 3 years prior. After we got back and the dealership had already technically closed, he took extra time to make sure people stuck around to get the deal done as I needed the new vehicle ASAP for a multitude of reasons. He was nice, surprisingly fun to deal with and in general broke the stigma of the chore and hassle that can be buying a car. Highly recommended individual to deal with and the dealership is top notch as well. The one minor issue I had over the 3 years working with them was taken care of immediately by service and management with zero questions on my part. More

Don't go there ! I called to make an appointment for a recall repair. I waited 30 min on the phone for them to check if they have the parts for it. 3 days later I dro I called to make an appointment for a recall repair. I waited 30 min on the phone for them to check if they have the parts for it. 3 days later I dropped off my car in the morning as scheduled and when I came back to pick it up in the evening they said repairs were not done because they did not have the parts. Lady on the desk argued that recalls are for first come first served basis and no appointment can be scheduled . They wasted my time and my money as I had to take uber back home. I sent them an email the next day but no body replied. Don't take your car to this dealer ! . If you are not there to spend your money, they won't care about you or your car! More
