Since I had just started a new job, I told him I would have to wait a bit until I could move forward with the process. He understood this and was patient, not pushy at all. When I came in to the dealership, he answered all of my questions and the price was exactly what I expected from TrueCar. Here's what made the experience extraordinary. This was my first car with a manual transmission (Focus ST), and I had only had a couple hours of driving practice. I was planning on having my friend come pick me up, but Maxxx told me that he had previous experience as a driving instructor. He took an hour out of his day to give me a driving lesson, and I improved so much that I drove home myself (with a big smile). Not only was the teaching effective, but it went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and glad I chose this dealership. More

She was able to get us a fair trade in value for our old vehicle and made sure we had everything we needed - stayed late and even entertained the kids while I did the paperwork. It's a high volume dealership and you need to know that going in. There are a lot of options. We did not purchase any of the service options and are likely to service our vehicle at a dealer closer to home but would go back to Crystal in the future. More
