I purchased a new '23 Ford Escape Platinum AWD SUV last week. My experience with the three staff members I interfaced with was without any issues and very enjoyable. Sales Rep Bryce Do was professional, personable, polite and punctual...just about everything a customer could ask for. About a week after my purchase, Bryce offered to help me with all my car's (new to me) technologies in safety, performance and telephone use. Great experience again. I recommend any who are looking for a new, or used, vehicle to visit this "no pressure" sales and management team. Note, this is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Sheehy Springfield since Oct '06 (two Mustangs, a Taurus and now, the Escape). More

Bryce Do was a great guy. He landed me the best car I can only imagine. He was parent with me answer all my questions and work with me to get this great car. I appreciate him even more after I drove the car home. He helped me to get a good deal. Also, the Finance guy, explaining everything and helped me to drive the car home. He gives me some financial advice to help me fix my credit and how to make my payment go down. Over all I love it The best experience and I will recommend this dealership. More
Unfortunately the service department here is not friendly and has a lot to learn about customer service. Wait times are always much longer, service advisors are anything but nice, and they quality of work is and has a lot to learn about customer service. Most recently they refused to honor our VIP membership saying it expired over two years ago. We’ve been going here twice a year for the past several years with no problem. They refused to honor the original VIP program which we purchased with our car (lifetime benefits) and insisted on their current program benefits. A shady operation and one that isn’t customer focused. Go somewhere else for your vehicle needs. More

On Tuesday the provisional tags expired.They haven't done .a thing.DMV told me that they could go with the paperwork, pay $10 and get me New provisional tags.I haven't been able to use my SUV. I haven't found One human being willing to help, I lost a doctor's appointment I can't run my errands. I can't go out. They blame the Postal office but in reality They didn't send way to late to the DMV. I don't feel well with that called Customer Service. More
Sales team is good. Service department is terrible. They overbook like crazy, upsell unnecessary maintenance, etc. They always go over estimated wait times. I have the Service department is terrible. I have the VIP membership which entitles me to certain free services (e.g., oil changes) and I still prefer to take my vehicle elsewhere. I’d rather pay than deal with them! That’s pretty bad. The thing is, I’ve complained (nicely) and they simply shrug. They know they’ll lose some customers, but they’re fine with taking that risk. Do yourself a favor - go to a local garage you trust! More
