Crystal is very knowledgeable and was a breeze to work with I originally contacted Sheehy because they sponsor rugby and as a referee I have their name on the back of several of my jerseys It just so happened I originally contacted Sheehy because they sponsor rugby and as a referee I have their name on the back of several of my jerseys It just so happened that they had the truck I was looking for and the salesperson and team that knew what customer service was all about. Everyone had a sense of humor and you could tell they really enjoy what they do. Tina in the finance department as well as the rest of the Sheehy team did an excellent job explaining the many options available. Crystal unlike another dealers sales team actually knew how to use a tape measure. I needed the bed dimensions for my custom made rack and the other dealer was 10 inches off!! I drove 300 miles to verify that the other dealer had the wrong dimensions and measured it myself. When I asked Crystal the same dimension question she was spot on!! This time it was a 250 mile AMTRAK trip up and 250 mile trip back in my New Ranger Well Done 2-All !! More

Excellent and Amazing Experience Crystal, Jake, and Joe were amazing and professional. We initially went to Sheehy Ford looking to purchase a used vehicle. We also saw the Ford Flex Crystal, Jake, and Joe were amazing and professional. We initially went to Sheehy Ford looking to purchase a used vehicle. We also saw the Ford Flex and were torn between the two choices. Jake was extremely patient as we test drove both cars with our entire family in tow! I came in knowing what I wanted, Max showed me some features of the vehicle I wasn't aware of, and we proceeded to business negotiations. I was not pressured into any decisions or financial options, rather just presented them and given detailed explanations. Once everything was locked in, Max went out of his way to clean my plates that were being transferred over, and ensure my new truck was in top condition. He even went as far as to help me move my tool box over from my original truck. I can't say enough good things about the Sheehy Ford sales team, and particularly Maxxx Manu. Maxxx listened to what I wanted and took into account what I needed in a truck. He did not fail me. The truck he picked for me to look at was perfect. It had what I needed and nothing more. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need or want. I fell in love with the truck the moment he showed me. If I need to buy a vehicle again I will be returning to Maxxx. My experience with Brian Wallenius was awesome as well. Normally the financial piece can make a person nervous, but he put me at ease from the beginning. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
