Most recent experience with Sheehy Service Dept. Brought me truck into have the Cylinder Head Temp Sensor replaced on my 2014 F150. Easy to diagnose, hard to access which is why I brought it in. She Brought me truck into have the Cylinder Head Temp Sensor replaced on my 2014 F150. Easy to diagnose, hard to access which is why I brought it in. Sheehy quoted a price of $426. After dropping the truck off, Service Advisor Jon calls to tell me it's not the sensor, it is the wiring harness that was damaged by a critter that ate into the wires and the price jumped to $900. Completely plausible, but not likely given that the truck only experienced the issue after warming up whereas a broken circuit would have triggered the failure immediately upon starting the vehicle. When I asked him to send a pic of the chewed wires, he sends me a picture of the connector that connects to the sensor and it looks like it had some damage to one side of the clip. That said, there is a big difference between a wiring harness and the connector clip that is sold separately from Ford for $50, part number 3U2Z-14S411-BXAB. So when I asked why the price had jumped from $426 to $900, he had no justification knowing he had been caught in a lie referencing the wiring harness needed to be replaced. I told him don't do the work, I'll come get the truck. He tells me I should have them do it because they were going to charge me $235 for the "diagnostic" fee anyway. I hope the $235 was worth the bad review. I will attempt the repair myself or find another local shop with a good review. My advice to anyone getting your car serviced is to do as much research on the problem you're experiencing prior to bringing your vehicle to the dealership so you have a sense and scope of the problem. Otherwise they will continue to prey on folks who are not mechanically inclined. This is a common practice from most dealerships, I can't say all, but that doesn't make it acceptable. More
Looked to buy a used car online and the website listing said "no accidents and no issues" within. After getting a bill of sale and committing to buy the car I got a call advising me that the car had collis said "no accidents and no issues" within. After getting a bill of sale and committing to buy the car I got a call advising me that the car had collision damage on the door and that this was "normal" and to be expected for a used car. There was no mention of any damage prior to this and the car was definitely not being sold "as-is" so this was definitely a problem they should have volunteered to fix as their listing was definitely misleading. They were asked to fix the issue and let me know when it was done as it was their error. Instead, after two days of not hearing anything further, I was contacted by the salesperson who advise me that the car was sold to someone else over the weekend even though an email was sent to their used car manager and internet service mgr requesting assistance in resolving. Absolutely POOR and unethical behavior by this major dealer group. Poor communications. Very unprofessional behavior by their senior staff who obviously wasn't interested in doing the right thing. I bought my car here because various dealers in Stafford and Fredericksburg did not seem interested in waiting on an older woman ( or maybe because I was just a woman). I sat in one dealership for more than and Fredericksburg did not seem interested in waiting on an older woman ( or maybe because I was just a woman). I sat in one dealership for more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me while others were helped immediately. And i was wanting to see a vehicle I was really interested in. Nothing. Angry, I went home and car shopped online. I ended up calling Sheehy of Springfield and in three days had a car I had not thought of buying but became the best decision I ever made. I just had my first oil and overall check and massively pleased with the service and the people. I lucked out and found the best dealership I could hope for. Won't go anywhere else despite having to drive 35 miles on I95! More

Lots of jokes and smack talk too 🤣(which I loved) I went back and forth for over a month. And every time I returned, them boys made me feel like I was the life of the party and they were just waiting on me to arrive and get the party started! Jake & Jacob (father & son), Jeremy, Roman, Tyler, Zach and Max. And don't forget Tina the awesome finance lady too. It was soo much fun, that if I had the money, I'd buy another car just for the experience! More

Maxxx was extremely rude, sarcastic, and condescending to me. He has wasted my time and got into a pissing contest with me over a cell phone text. Please read below to understand the full story. Today, I me. He has wasted my time and got into a pissing contest with me over a cell phone text. Please read below to understand the full story. Today, I reached out to Sheehy Ford dealership to purchase a CPO vehicle. Initially, Maxxx provided me with a price breakdown which I responded with my offer. Subsequently, I spoke to the manager Araz Akrawi about my proposed offer and we could not work out a deal. For this reason, I decided to move on. This is when Maxxx asked me to call him. During this phone call, I told him "Why buy a used vehicle for such a high price when I could just buy a new one for a bit more". I mentioned to Maxxx that I am actively talking to other dealerships to get the best possible deal on new or old vehicles. Yesterday I sold my car so I need a new one asap and I was ready to make a deal this weekend. During the call, Maxxx persisted in giving him a price breakdown of a new vehicle that I was negotiating with another dealership. I did ask Maxxx about the relevance of providing a price breakdown of a new vehicle to get my proposed offer accepted for an old vehicle from your dealership. Maxxx responded, if I show him this new vehicle's price breakdown then he will skip his used car manager, Mr. Akrawi, and will speak to you directly to the GM to get my proposed offer accepted for the CPO vehicle. Instead, the second I sent him the price breakdown, he started using his sarcastic voice and started to patronize me. He even said to me that this new vehicle price breakdown is "too good to be true". I provided him with proof of the I immediately told him that if he can't help me then he should stop wasting my time. He ignored my suggestion and keep texting me and got into a pissing contest with me. Dealership and salesperson already have a negative reputation in the society so why make it worse? More
