He explained everything on the phone when we called. We didn't mind making the drive from Chesapeake to purchase our 2014 Explorer and would do it again in a heart beat! We have been back to Sheehy twice since we purchased our vehicle, once for our first oil change and second to get a trailer hitch installed. The service department experience was just as great as the purchase. We only wish they were closer to us. We will definitely go back to Sheehy when we are ready to purchase another vehicle! More

inspection/oil change I took my car in to sheehy ford for a routine inspection and oil change. As it turns out my car been jerking due to a leak in transmission fluid. The service manager that I worked with was Paul Johnson and he was very kind and explaining to me the situation, and as it turns out I even got some seals replaced under warranty. Long story short, my car is now working better than ever and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. I also could not believe the price as it was much lower than I've had in past service appointments. More
