Seth Parker will be our Salesman for Life I came to Sheehy at Midlothian after having a questionable experience with another dealer earlier in the evening, and by the point I came in (around 7 I came to Sheehy at Midlothian after having a questionable experience with another dealer earlier in the evening, and by the point I came in (around 7:00PM) to Sheehy Midlothian, I was somewhat short on patience and willing to give the dealership about 20 seconds to impress me or make me turn around and walk out the door. Thankfully, it didn't take Seth 20 seconds to make us feel comfortable and ready to start the experience. While we were on the way, Seth contacted me to find out what we were looking for- and by the time we got there, he already had 3 very strong contenders side by side and ready to go. Seth did a great job of explaining the differences between each of the 3 vehicles, answering all of the questions we had, and moving us through the process at a quick enough pace where we didn't feel like our time was being wasted. He did not allow his personal feelings to shade which vehicle we ultimately wanted to test drive, and remained very neutral to allow us to make the choice that worked best for our family. Once we did choose a vehicle, Seth was very patient with us during the negotiation and finance discussions, and allowed us to fairly and objectively discuss the price. Because it was so late in the evening, it took us until well after 11:00pm to handle all of the paperwork and transactions, and Seth (and the finance manager, I believe Wes) stayed until the entire transaction was done, and made arrangements for the car to be detailed and programmed the next day as the service department had long departed. Having arranged for a babysitter, and with my husband leaving to go out of town the next day, it meant a lot to us that Sheehy stuck with us through the entire transaction even though it meant working well past the closing time. After the poor experience at the first dealership, we were relieved and impressed with the difference we experienced the second we walked into Sheehy Ford Lincoln-Richmond, and particularly with Seth. We can't wait to come back and get a new truck for my husband! Thanks again to Seth, and each of the other folks that made our purchase a happy one. More

Fantastic First Car Buying Experience I came to Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Richmond to look at a 2011 Ford Escape I had just so happened to find online. I had been looking at this particular m I came to Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Richmond to look at a 2011 Ford Escape I had just so happened to find online. I had been looking at this particular make and model for a while and none came close to the newer year or mileage as the one there. I made a quick phone call to my mom for her approval and she told me to "get my butt down there now!". When I got there I checked out the SUV and it was in great shape. The first person to approach me was Dave Willoughby and he asked if I wanted to test drive it because other prospects were eyeing it as well. At first i was apprehensive then I said "sure!" Well after that test drive I was sold! This SUV was going to be mine. Dave made the process so easy I was amazed at how quickly I was approved for financing and how the whole ordeal went. I was expecting the runaround and them trying to sell me something else. I took the SUV home that same evening!
