Horrible Service Let me start by stating Jessica Wells is an absolute pleasure to deal with. In all of my years taking my vehicles to Sheehy for service, Jessica has a Let me start by stating Jessica Wells is an absolute pleasure to deal with. In all of my years taking my vehicles to Sheehy for service, Jessica has always been great to deal with. My issues arose while she was away. I took my vehicle in because it was making some strange noises. I told the service advisor what I thought the issue was and they promptly took my vehicle in. Fast forward an hour. The service advisor comes out and informs me that the top pulley was worn and needed to be replaced. He also told me that all 20 of my lug nuts were "swollen due to heat" and could not be put back on the vehicle. At $9 per lug nut...you can do the math. I was more than a bit annoyed since I had several of the lug nuts replaced by Sheehy just a few months prior. Maybe the swollen lug nuts were caused when they screwed up a brake replacement I had done not long before this experience? They crimped my brake line which caused the caliper to close on the rotor creating an abundance of heat. That's a different story for a different review... I digress...let me get back to this most unpleasant experience. After paying over $300 for the "bad" pulley and another $180 for the "damaged" lug nuts, I go out, start my car, and voila...the same noise is there. The service advisor then states that it must be the alternator pulley. How much is an alternator I ask. $600 was his reply. After I was finished laughing, I told him I would take it to a different mechanic. Guess what? The issue was EXACTLY what I told them when I first went in. I had it repaired at a local mechanic (using genuine OEM parts) for $200. Hmmmmmmmm..... When I contacted Sheehy to let them know I just spent almost $500 on unnecessary repairs, I was promptly dismissed. From the General Manager to the Service Manager, there was ZERO effort to address my concerns. I had previously purchased several vehicles through this dealership. No more. I even told them this was probably not the best time for them to decide to try and make a few bucks deceptively, as I was in the market for a new vehicle. They could have cared less. Their loss I suppose. Maybe they thought it was an empty threat. I've since purchased a 2016 Escape Titanium at one of their competitors. I cannot, in all good conscious, purchase and then have no faith in the service department. Unfortunate for William Goin who I previously purchased my previous vehicles from. Not only did Sheehy lose the Escape sale, but I am preparing to purchase a 2016 Fusion Titanium. Not through Sheehy though. For the want of $490, they lost (to date) two vehicle sales and the money I USED to spend having my other three Fords serviced/repaired at Sheehy. Avoid at all costs!!!! More
Maurice was awesome, great place! My wife and I were looking to replace our aged Corolla with a new Sedan. Our first choice after much research was actually the Hyundai Accent or Elantra, but a horrific experience with Pearson Hyundai really turned us off. They were rude, pushy and didn't want to deal with us in testing out cars... just if we were buying the day of. Oh well. We had been looking into the Ford Focus SE and gave Sheehy a shot. Boy, all I can say is that we were so lucky to run into Maurice, our salesman. I cannot tell you how kind this man was. On out first look at the car he showed us all of the features informatively and patiently with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. We came back at least three times before we bought and he did not push. He just continued to help, super kind, super patient. A Focus may not seem to be a big purchase for most, but we're on a tight budget and it would be a big purchase for us. Maurice let us take 2 or 3 test drives, the first with him and the others without him. He was intent not on selling us a car, but helping us find the best fit to buy. I cannot tell you how night and day this experience was from Pearson and in the end we got the business here. In the end we went for it as there was a really good deal on the 2015. Customer service has been great (including for a recall we got soon after buying), and we love the car. I would recommend Sheehy - but most importantly Maurice, to anyone. More

Make sure to pay CASH for a down payment I bought a used 2012 Ford Fusion, and the Woody was great. He found a good car within my payment range. They said that the money didnt come through for my down payment so they took it out AGAIN withOUT my permission 3 weeks later. Now I am in a battle with my bank and their bank to get my money back for the DOUBLE down payment that was taken out. Was told by staff that I would get my refund, but when the refund never came, their story changed. 2 weeks later, still no money back. More
