He really does have his clients best interest at heart. His willingness to go above and beyond anything you expect from a salesman is why we have gotten not 1 but 2 Ford trucks from Mike. Mike has a strong team with him as well- Megan the financial manager is also a gem she worked on our case even after the deal was done to get us a better deal! Even Sam, who detailed our truck right before we drove away-she was tired and had worked well into the evening, but when she was asked by Mike on our behalf to do a touch-up job she complied- and that is a testament to Mike and the team working with him. There was a situation after buying our truck that required some service, it was during a holiday and the service department was closed. Now we saw that as a problem, but not Mike. He set us up with a loaner to drive and had our truck serviced without us even having to deal with the service department at all, he took care of everything.
