I took my F-150 there for a broken hub assembly bolt on a Sunday (warranty issue). I purchased the Sheehy VIP club because I was told you get service loaner. Service was closed that Sunday and one of the sal Sunday (warranty issue). I purchased the Sheehy VIP club because I was told you get service loaner. Service was closed that Sunday and one of the sales managers told me there no service loaners available. So I went to enterprise and got a rental. Monday morning I called the dealer to get a status on my truck and ask if any service loaners were available. I was told there were no service loaners available and the truck would be done around 2pm that day. The service advisor explained to me that ford will reimburse up to $40.00 per day for a rental if it is a ford vehicle. The rental was roughly $175.00 per day. So 2:00pm rolls around I call the dealer back asking if my truck was done and when I could pick it up. I was told the truck hadn’t even been looked at. So I had to extend the rental one more day. I picked the truck up Tuesday afternoon and was driving home when a terrible noise from the right rear wheel started. I made it to where I was going and got out to take a look. The wheel was so wobbly and the truck did not sound drivable with the noise. So I called a tow truck and had the vehicle returned to Sheehy to address the problem. Again, no loaners were available. The next morning the service department called me and explained they forgot to tighten the wheel down and that they would reimburse for the tow. I sent the bills from the tow and rental to the service advisor as requested for a refund. I have been told a few times that the check was in the mail to my correct address. Here we are almost a month and a half later and no check has arrived. I have called the dealer multiple times and can’t get no one on the phone including the service manager and general manager. I hope this issue will be resolved shortly and no one else will have to go through this. It’s sad they sell customers on the VIP club when there is nothing VIP about it. More
