This is my second new car purchase from Sheehy Ford in Richmond, VA and the experience was great. Here's why: 1. The "name your markdown" program was fantastic. I was able to offer an amount above the invoice price for the car that I was willing to pay. This is how I like doing business. Wish it was this way all the time. 2. There was no back and forth between the sales person and the manager. One trip and the deal was done. 3. Sales person let me lead the way through the deal, from picking the car to signing the deal. He was helpful, not pushy. 4. No high pressure tactics on the "extras" like, surface treatments, extended warranties, etc. Dealer reps explained what was offered, and if I said, no thanks, then discussion was over. 5. Entire visit from picking car to signing deal only took about 4 hours. That included a test drive. Longest wait was for them to wash car and get it ready for us to drive off the lot. More
I had an incredible experience buying my first car, in my name only. Josh was amazing. He gave me the courage to do the online finance app and called me as soon as I was approved. The experience was so easy and he made it very painless for me. There was a slight hiccup in the delivery of the car, but Josh made sure that it was delivered to me the day we agreed upon and made sure it was cleaned up and ready to go. He went outside with me at night to show me all of the features and make sure that I understood how to drive the car and that I was comfortable with the car. He even set up my blue tooth application for me. It helped that I knew what kind of car I wanted, but he was honest about the car and the safety of the vehicle. I do not feel like I was taken advantage of at all. He did a wonderful job and I would and will recommend anyone to him and to your dealership to purchase a vehicle. Roger was also amazing. He got me approved for a loan that is within my budget and he was able to get my interest rate decreased as he promised he would do. I went to Sheehy Ford because I saw a new 2012 Ford Escape online that I liked. When I arrived I was met by Mr. William Goin and he proceeded in trying to locate the vehicle that I observed online. We found the vehicle by the stock number but it was a different color. He immediately went to find the vehicle that I wanted, not trying to talk me into another color and he was able to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted. He answered all the questions I had and provided additional information on the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle, he followed up with emails and a phone call to ensure that everything was satisfactory with the vehicle I had purchased. I had never recived this type of service in the past when buying a vehicle and I would reccommend this dealership and sales rep to anyone that I know who is interested in buying a new Ford. More
Chris came out to meet us as soon as we pulled up and began asking us questions to see what we were looking for. He was very helpful and made us feel at ease to shop. He was very knowledgeable about the car and by letting us drive it and telling us the special features gave us the confidence we needed to make a decision. Chris was not at all overbearing and was friendly and easy to talk to. He told us about all the options on the car, warranties and had the other ladies talk to us and set us up with the warranties. We hope to stay in touch with Chris for future opportunities for car buying as we tend to drive our cars for a long time, but are reaching that point of replacement soon. We look forward to a long term relationship with your service department for our normal maitenance, etc. as well. Overall, our experience with your dealership has been great. More

Nathan Bonds answered all my questions quickly and correctly about the vehicle so when I arrived there were no surprises. Josh Shepard was easy to work with and made my wife and myself feel like va correctly about the vehicle so when I arrived there were no surprises. Joe and the people who detailed the truck made an 8 year old vehicle look, feel, and smell like it was new off the showroom floor. This all started because the truck was listed on the internet site with a fair price. I like the dealership policies like always having 2 keys with a used vehicle. The most important was the standard 2 month 2000 mile warranty on the engine and transmission which gives me the time to have my personal and independent mechanic check over the vehicle. More
Josh and Matt in the Internet Department were outstanding. It took trading for the 2012 Explorer with another dealership in New Jersey to get the exact vehicle we wanted. Matt walked us through how to use the Ford Touch system and spent the time to answer our questions. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service and time Sheehy Ford extended to us during our purchase. I, asked for a salesperson and promptly was referred to Lee New. The reception by Lee, was friendly and courteous. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I, explained to Lee that I did not need a sales pitch nor info on vechile. what I, wanted was a bottom line figure on the trade difference between a specfic MKX Hybird and my car. We did some dealing and established a difference and contract was signed and vechile was delivered 2 days later per my request. No pressure. Pleasure working with Lee. Would recomend him to a friend.
