UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE , UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IF WE CAN CALL COMPANY. And still after 3 days of the "sold" the car is on the website for sale ?!@# More

I had shopped online extensively for a used V6 Mustang and Sheehy Ford offered extremely competitive prices. The particular Mustang I was considering at Sheehy was one of the few pre-certified, late-model and Sheehy Ford offered extremely competitive prices. The particular Mustang I was considering at Sheehy was one of the few pre-certified, late-model, manual transmission Mustangs that I saw online. What a difference pre-certified made. Sheehy was able to arrange a bumper-to-bumper 100K warranty through Ford, in addition to financing that beat my local credit union's rates. My online sales person (Nathan) went the extra mile (pun intended) to get me the best monthly financing rate on the car. Over several days working with him--over the phone and online--he was patient, polite and never used hard sell tactics that you often get with car dealerships. I was very impressed with this dealership. I've owned 2 used cars and this was the best experience I've had during a shopping/buying experience. More

It took a few days to match up my family's schedule and get the car requiring some late evening appointments and after closing scheduling which we appreciated. The car was a fair price considering the mileage and condition and since I had been looking for a while did not need to haggle over it. My experience with each employee was positive and made the purchase a good experience for me and my wife. More

I went to the dealership on a Sunday and received great service. My sales person was Ardie @ the Richmond dealershio on Midlothian Tnpk. I search for a Fiesta for my daugther. Ryan came up with a used SEL model and that was the one. Ryan and Chris both had the car brought from the Springfield, va. location when I ask. On the first test drive Chris greeted us and got us going quickly. We signed the papers (a little lengthy process) but it should be expected. We had a list of things needed to be fixed or looked into and those items where taken care of in a prompt manner and I was able to please a very impatient teenager. The only criticism to be given is that the car was offered on the lot and thru out the Sheehy family in the conditon the car was in. When we opened the rear doors the first thing is the door mouldings had come lose and dangled plus some paint dings. I feel the dealership in Springfield. Va. should have never plced it on their lot for sale nor should have they brought it down to the Richmond location without fixes or warning of these issues. That does not say alot for that location and it seemed to be am embarrasment to the Richmond dealership. More
