Sheehy was able to arrange a bumper-to-bumper 100K warranty through Ford, in addition to financing that beat my local credit union's rates. My online sales person (Nathan) went the extra mile (pun intended) to get me the best monthly financing rate on the car. Over several days working with him--over the phone and online--he was patient, polite and never used hard sell tactics that you often get with car dealerships.
