I have to say I was dreading buying a new vehicle based on past experiences from other dealerships. I'm very happy to say I had a great experience with Sheehy Ford and will return in the future... Trying to the find the right vehicle and carefully listening to my feedback. My dream has always been to own a truck but I figured an F150 was completely out of my price range. I also discovered the Ranger was no longer manufactured so I figured a new truck was not an option. We pursued a new 2012 Escape based on my request because of the rebates and incentives but could not locate one. Mike knew I wanted a truck but I didn't bother to look at them because of price. I also said I needed a vehical to pull my boat which the Escape could do but would likely struggle. Mike searched the trucks on the lot and found an F150 STX truck with exactly everything I was looking for and to my surprise with similar financial incentives as the Escape. I'm now a happy new owner of an F150 STX truck...Thank You Mike!!! In addition, the financial process with Nathan Bonds went very smooth. I've purchased a few new cars in my life and I've had some bad experiences with pushy, high pressure sales with the finance person. Jordan, Mike and Matt were great. Each gave me friendly and good advice. However, the wait for the finance manager was way to long. I must of sat in Matt's office 45 minutes to an hour, after he was pres and good advice. However, the wait for the finance manager was way to long. I'm not saying he did anything wrong, it just didn't seem to flow smoothly. He went over everything he was suppose to. He said the wait was because I was using my credit union and he had to wait for it . I think that was true but it still seemed way to long. The car did not have a owners manual in the glove box. The pin stripe I ordered looked great. Overall the experience was very good. More

Was very satisfied with the quality of the customer service and pricing I received from Josh Shepard. I searched other dealerships and they didn't even come close to the price I received. Josh even asked me where I worked to see if there was any other discounts he could give me. I didn't even think about this and I was grateful he mentioned it because it gave me deep discounts. When I made the decision to buy the Fusion, Josh was on vacation but I was left in the capable hands of another great salesman Matt Love. Matt was more than happy to assist me in getting my new car home and he even called Josh to let him know the car was sold and Josh offered to take Matt back to the office. This type of customer service makes me feel like they really cared about my satisfaction. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford and these two gentlemen Josh Shepard and Matt Love. I had a great experience and it happend fast once I made my choice of car. Sheehy has an excellent reputation in the greater Richmond area. Friends have bought cars at Sheehy and were more than pleased with the overall experience. We were more than pleased with the whole experience. We want to thank Aaron and Nathan for the professionalism shown to us when we bought our 2009 black Lincoln MKZ. Aaron made the buying experience very easy as he answered every question and was patient and kind to us. (We are old folks now. We need people to be kind and patient with us.) You could not ask for a better business manager than Nathan. Nathan was another one that was very kind and patient with us and answered all our questions without skipping a beat. Sheehy Ford has a right to be proud of these two fine people. Both AAron and Nathan are real professionals. Unfortuantely in business today, Aaron and Nathan are the exception rather than the norm. It just amazes me how some companies remain in business as they don't know how to treat customers/clients/patients. More

We found my car online and went to Sheehy at 8:00 at night to look at it. We were greeted by Aaron Parsons and the experience went from 0 to 100 immediately.
