Terrance Waller should be the Mentor for your sales staff in Customer Service and how to assist a client through the vehicle selection process. He was always extremly courteous, answered any questions and went out of his way to explain the nuances of our 2012 Expedition. Randall Plummer, Business Office, took the time to explain the availible Easy Care programs, fully explained the options for purchasing our Expedition and once I decided which coverage I wanted to purchase, we were able to complete the paperwork in no time. He made us feel comfortable during this entire process. My wife and I did not feel pressured at any time to make a purchase, but rather felt educated in a making a purchase of the vehicle that is right for us. It is a shame that your score card only goes to a "5". Your Staff and dealership are certainly a "10". More

I needed a good work truck with some features that were not on the trucks in stock at the Midlothian store so they searched all the way to Upper Marlboro Maryland to bring me the right truck. Cory Record explained my trade in and Jordan Fooks was right there to help with the deal. All in all I must say this is a GREAT team to have on your side at such a major purchase. Th salesman, William Goin was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had no problem showings inv pricing. Everything was quick and effortless.. The finance guy, Ronald Plummer, however was knowledgeable and helpful. He had no problem showings inv pricing. Everything was quick and effortless.. The finance guy, Ronald Plummer, however was pretty rude and impersonable. He acted like a jerk when we didn't buy the extended warranty , environmental packages, etc. We are on a fixed budget. We were already preapproved for a loan through our bank with an awesome rate, and the finance manager tried to get us to get financing elsewhere because he didn't want to wait for the bank to open. My advice for this dealership: get financing through you bank, go to sheehy and make a deal with William, go back to you bank, get the check and take it to the dealer. Please do not deal with their finance guys. More

Great experience !!!! I've been looking for months for a truck. I found the truck I've been looking for on the internet and emailed Sheehy. They next day I received a email from Josh Shepard letting me know truck. I found the truck I've been looking for on the internet and emailed Sheehy. They next day I received a email from Josh Shepard letting me know they where there to help. The truck was not at the dealership so Josh and his staff went and picked it up in no time. I went to the dealership within a hour and a half the truck was there. When looking at the truck there where some scratches on the front bumper and door panel. I asked josh if he could take care of this he did truck looks like new inside and out. He even took care of some other requests pertaining to the truck that we had they said no problem. The loan manager was friendly and got us out the door in no time. Thank you I'm very pleased A++++ Dealer. More

Jonathan was great from the moment he answered the phone. He was eager to help me find the exact vehicle I wanted and when I came in for the test drive, he had the exact vehicle we had discussed, except for He was eager to help me find the exact vehicle I wanted and when I came in for the test drive, he had the exact vehicle we had discussed, except for the color, ready and waiting for me to test drive. He was knowlegeable and I could tell he had really done his homework on the vehicle. He spent a lot of time with me showing me the features of the Escape and letting me take a nice long test drive. Once I decided to purchase the Escape, he was straightforward with everything and never once made me feel pressured into anything. This was my first vehicle purchase and I am a single female. Two things that can often be taken advantage of by salesmen. But Jonathan never made me feel that way. He and Phill in finance explained every document I was signing and never rushed me when I wanted actually take the time to read the paperwork (even though we were there until 10pm). When the exact Escape I wanted was delayed in coming from another location, Jonathan kept me up-to-date as things progressed and apologized many times over my having to wait a few extra days to recieve my vehicle. Once it came in, Jonathan spent time with me to get everything set up and to make me feel comfortable with all of features of my new car. Phill was very friendly and worked hard to make sure that I got the best possible interest rate and that the monthly payments were what I could afford. I would definitely reccommend Sheehy Ford to other customers. They were great to deal with throughout the entire experience. More
