My experience with Sheehy Ford was excellent. Rex was able to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. On one occasion, I was short on time and asked Rex to have 3 different models ready for test drives and have my trade in evaluated. When I showed up, all three were lined up ready to go and my vehicle was evaluated while we conducted the test drives. Something that would have easily taken 2 hours at another dealership only took 30 min. When it came time to find the vehicle I wanted, we were able to reach an agreement on what I felt was a very fair price for the exact vehicle I wanted. Matt made sure that the vehicle was on site at the specified time by having it driven in from another Sheehy location in Maryland. We were surprised that by this and very pleased. He then let us take a test drive. We loved it and proceeded through the sales process, which he made so easy--he was very easy going, pleasant and in no way pushy or aggressive, which we appreciate. Specific car was not in-stock in the area, Rex searched/ found a match within minu response to inquiries up to the point that the car was delivered. Recommended additional options that would increase probability of continued owner satisfaction at an excellent price. Josh was amazing. He was able to work with me and keep me informed on the nearly four months it took Ford to get my car to me. I signed for a vehicle that was set to be delivered on October 16. Thankfully, Josh has the foresight to order a new vehicle in January for me that arrived just last week! Josh is very personable and he did his very best to investigate the delay and keep me informed even when nothing had changed.
