I had an excellent experience in buying my wife our new Edge. My salesman was Matt Miller. He really went out of his way to find the exact color with all the options that my wife and I were looking for. Edge. My salesman was Matt Miller. Before I even arrived at the dealership, Matt had already emailed my a few different window stickers and ideas on pricing for my wife and I to look over. We showed up on Sunday to find the Edge that matched our choices being cleaned up and ready for us to test drive. We were allowed a family test run without any one with us to give a sales pitch the whole time we were driving. It made it very easy for my wife and I to hash out all of our likes and dislikes (very few!) without being interrupted. After coming back to the dealership we were able to quickly fill out our paperwork and then were put in touch with Michelle (finance manager). That was a different experience all together. What a funny and crazy lady she is! Not sure we have ever laughed as much while buying a car. They were both very good people to work with. I would absolutely recommend either of them to everyone! My wife and I have been basically a ford family, with some exceptions for various reasons. I have purchased at least 2 new ford vehicles and believe in driving those vehicles for many years before looki some exceptions for various reasons. Our recent purchase came as the result of my wife's 2005 Ford Escape being damaged in an unfortunate accident by our daughter; which put us in a crunch time to find a replacement vehicle. Although we would have gotten a new vehicle, my wife insisted on getting pretty much the same style vehicle as she had, so we were looking for a 2012 Ford Escape or earlier because the new style was not what my wife wanted........looked too scarey for us older adults. Anyway, we went to CarMax first just to get an idea of various styles of smaill SUV's and kept coming back to the Ford Escape as my wife's preference.. On Nov. 1st, we visited Sheehy on Midlothian and hooked up with Peter Karys. After explaining what we were looking for, Peter was able to find a vehicle in Md. that seemed to fit the criteria my wife was looking for........red, previous style, low milage, etc.. Peter was very accommodating and was willing to bring the vehicle to Richmond for us to look at. Not knowing exactly what the "red" color would look like in person, we were antiipating that it may not be the "perfect" red so we continued to look on-line to find some possible altternate vehicles. The next day, the vehicle arrived in Richmond and we went to look at it and fell in love with it immediately. There was no pressure on Peter's part for us to buy the vehicle, it was more like us putting the pressure on him to make the deal. My wife and I found Peter extremely helpful throughout the process. I found the price to be reasonable, therefore, I did not try to negotiate on the price. Thanks for the great expierence !!!!! More

I was in the market for a new vehicle for my wife, had I was in the market for a new vehicle for my wife, had considered and visited others dealers and brands of vehicles. We narrowed our search to the 2014 Ford Escape after test driving it but, Sheehy did not have the Escape in the color or the equipment we preferred. Our salesman, William Goin, went to extreme lengths, to find us the right vehicle and to get the price within our budget. This was a process that lasted several days, I am a difficult person to work with, and to please. Mr. Goin was very patient, always friendly, did everything within his power to satisfy us. We could not have asked for a better salesperson! He found us the right vehicle out of state and had it delivered to Sheehy the next day. Phil Zuzniar was the finance person we dealt with. Great person, very friendly, very professional, took time to explain everything, never pushy, and tried to find ways to save us more money and still sell us service plans and warrantees. I have always hated the paperwork part of buying a car but, Mr. Zuzniar made this process very pleasant. In all, our whole experience was great, will recommend Sheehy Ford and Mr. Goin to anyone looking for a vehicle! More
