Andrea met us the first day on the lot with a smile, she introduced herself and then listened carefully to what type of vehicle we were looking for. Andrea did not stop until she found us the car we wanted in the color we wanted with the features we wanted. She searched for our car in their database, located it and arranged to have the car driven in for us. Andrea gave us all the options we could get in our car, keeping in mind our price range. She let us decided what features we wanted based on the options she suggested. I wanted black leather and she arranged to have black leather installed for us. Andrea made herself available to us anytime we called her. We called a lot, to check on specific requests we had left with her. Andrea acted as an advocate for me to get me the color of leather I wanted and she even managed to get me a higher quality leather. I could not look at the leather before it was installed, I had to work. So, I trusted Andrea with approving the leather for me. When our vehicle was ready she called us and we went to look at it. Our Ford Explorer is unique because she went the extra mile to get us what we wanted and kept us in our price range. We looked for months at other SUV's and wavered back and forth. I am so glad we decided to go with the Ford Explorer at Sheehy with Andrea as our advocate. All the sales staff were equally professional and friendly as they made sure we were able to locate Andrea on the lot when we needed her. When making major purchases such as this one we needed to feel like we were listened to, that our opinions mattered and that our business was appreciated. We felt all these things with Andrea as our sales representative. Andrea was aggressive but not pushy. Mike Carson started working me when I first visited the dealership for this purchase but was tied up with another customer when I returned. He graciously asked Peter Karys to help me. Peter was great. He was very accomodating for my request to look at several different vehicles and answered every question I asked. He worked with me to get a good trade value for my current vehicle. Did I mentioned it was a very cold New Years Day? There was never a moment that I felt pressured or rushed. Mike Carson came back to see how things were going several times. The finance department also made it very easy. They shopped around for some great, low interest rates. Every time I thought it was as low as possible, they would find an even lower one. This by far was the best car buying experience EVER! Matt Miller was amazing - positive, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient! Deal was a breeze! I feel he worked hard to get me the best deal out there (and I did my research!) and along with Phil, he found a good financing package that sealed the deal. I researched the vehicle I wanted on the computer, looked at several online inventories and sent an inquiry to Sheehy in the middle of the night Tuesday/Wednesday of this week. First thing Wednesday morning, Matt reached out to me, found out what I was interested in and what my particular needs were, and within 30 minutes I was on my way to get my 2014 Ford Fusion! I live 2 hours away from Sheehy Ford-Lincoln, but with the vehicle I purchased along with the overall pleasant purchasing experience, the drive was well worth it for me. I will undoubtedly recommend this dealership to friends and family, and in particular, have them work with Matt and Phil. I honestly feel like Matt was sincere when he followed up with me yesterday, asking how I liked my new car and stating that the purchase of the car was not the "end" but the "beginning" of a relationship. I am certain I can call Matt anytime if I have any needs or questions. In a short span of time, I feel like I actually "know" Matt as more than just a sales person. That's not an easy customer service skill to acquire and "pull off." Matt somehow manages, though. Sheehy Ford should be proud to have him on their team - I am sure proud to be one of his customers! Upon visiting your dealership we walked the lot twice without being approached. Just so happened Jimmy was returning from lunch and he came right up and introduced himself.
