I didn't have to trade vehicles when I did, but they were Lance, Nathan, and Matt were easy to work with and provided an easy car-buying experience. I didn't have to trade vehicles when I did, but they were willing to listen and worked with me to reach a satisfactory deal. Lance is personable, relaxed and had nothing but patience when it came to determining what wored for me. Both Lance and Nathan offered an overnight test-drive, which was most appreciated. Matt negotiated in good faith and met my offer fairly. Bob in financing was friendly and worked quickly to keep the time in dealership as short as possible. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience my wife and I've had over the past 10 years. We really appreciate the time you took and the friendly attitude everyone at Sheehy exhibited. The paperwork process can be the most painful part and can be nothing but a series of surprise, undisclosed charges, but not the case with these gentlemen. Thanks again- More

Matt stepped up as soon as we made contact with Sheehy and did follow up in a non-pushy manner. He spaced out email messages to let us know when he was available and answered questions as we had them. H and did follow up in a non-pushy manner. He researched our interests and discussed points in our thought process while shopping so we had facts and valid opinion rather than just guesses. He provided several choices (emailed window stickers) so we could review various vehicles with features we were looking for as we narrowed our search. As we approached our decision he allowed us space to think, ask questions, and still walk away all without any negative attitude. Matt remained open and positive, not rushing a sale, but guided us by supplying information and showing us things we had not thought of, including discussing the plus and minus of competitive vehicles thus showing he had a wide base of knowledge. With his teammate Rex Dix we were assured good test drives (oddly enough in the vehicle we ended up buying). Matt put in the extra time, staying late to complete demonstrations and finally doing sale paperwork. As we resolved the last sticking point before the sale, Matt brought in assistance (Jordan Fooks) to get the "right wheels" on the vehicle and also to take the extra step to allow us to transfer the Pirelli tires we had recently put in on our trade-in vehicle, onto the new Escape. Definitely felt the "customer first" attitude from all involved. Even the Financial officer Robert Cooley was very courteous and professional as he guided Edna through the paperwork. He provided a steady calming presence, never rushing and always explaining each step in the financial paperwork and post-sale options. Matt even coordinated with Rex for us to have a loaner vehicle to get home that night (> 8pm) so last minute preparations could be made the next day with the new Escape and trade-in Mustang.
