We called and visited many Ford dealerships in the Richmond and surrounding areas looking for the best value for our money since we already knew which vehicle we wanted. After making an internet inquiry with Sheehy Ford we were fortunate enough to hear back from Rex Dix. Rex's gentle salesmanship and knowledge of the vehicle really went a long way with us. He offered us the best value for our money and went out of his way to make our purchase an enjoyable experience. When Rex was off for the day, Aaron Parsons assisted us and was always willing to help us as well. After our purchase Rex introduced us to the accounting department and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to the gentleman that helped us. He patiently explained our options, as did Rex, so that we could decide which financial option best fit our budget. Rex's outstanding customer service was even evident after the sale. Rex took extra time to explain all the features of the vehicle to us and even took the time to set up some of the features so we didn't have to remember how to do it. He was even willing to come to our home and help us set up our garage door opener to sync with our Ford Explorer. We cannot thank the Sheehy team enough for making our vehicle purchase a five star experience. We love our new Ford Explorer and appreciate all Rex did for us to make our experience an enjoyable one. I thought I'd give Sheehy a visit since I visit Johnston Willis Hospital often. I bumped into Peter Karys who had me in my new 2013 F-150 and on my way home in a few hours. I worked as a car salesman in Wichita, Ks. while waiting for my position to open up and knew pretty much where the line was. They took my first offer, the same offer the other dealer declined. That week-end Peter put my son in his 2013 F150. Sheehy is a no jerk you around dealership! Made me all around happy and my son as well. We love our New XLT's. More

I had visited the online site for Sheehy Ford looking for used vehicles and had selected about six vehicles that I was interested in seeing. Peter listened to me, showed me the vehicle, and let me test drive it. After the test drive, he assisted me in finalizing the purchase of the 2003 Ford Escape SUV. He told me that it would be checked over mechanically and that the vehicle would be cleaned and detailed. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle, it was ready. Peter had me look the vehicle over and then we went inside to finish the paperwork. I would definitely recommend both Sheehy Ford and Peter Karys to anyone in the market for purchasing a car or truck. More

Jimmy Lance Lance was the first employee to approach me when I arived at Sheey. He introduced himself and asked me if he could be of any assistant. I told him why I was there and what model of Ford I was interested in seeing. He took me to the Ford Fusion and showed me a lot of different ones ranging in price from 21,000 up to 30,000. After I explained to him how much I could spend, he immediately showed one that was in my range of price. After I decided which one I would be interested in, we then talked about financing and the amount I could afford paying each month. In a matter of only a few minutes we were able to reach my goal. Lance was very professional at all times and I found out how easy I could talk to him on any matters that concerned me about being able to afford this Fusion. I did all of the paper work but did not pick my car up until the next day. Even on this day Lance was very helpful in showing me how to make verious settings on the special features that the Fusion had to offer. This really made my day because I could never have been able to do some of these settings myself.
