Losing An Old, Faithfu,l Friend And Finding A New One I want to thank Eric Halprin for sticking with me to find a replacement for my beloved Expedition, "Maggie". I was ready to throw in the towel but Er I want to thank Eric Halprin for sticking with me to find a replacement for my beloved Expedition, "Maggie". I was ready to throw in the towel but Eric hung in there and walked me to my new dream machine! Eric is an all star and excelled at finding the vehicle I was looking for, even when I had no idea what that vehicle was! And, to top it off, the price was below our budget! Then, the next day Eric called to let me know he actually located the owners manual to the used car and is mailing it to my home!! I also want to thank Eric and the guys in the showroom for their kindness when I began the process of handing over my 14 year old "Maggie" as trade in. Your hugs were very sweet and your understanding over my tears, much appreciated. I felt like a fool crying over a hunk of metal, but that hunk of metal was my baby and a part of our family. So, now that I’m crying like a baby again, thank you for finding me what will hopefully be my new best friend "Olivia" that will carry my grandchildren on many wonderful journeys. More

An overall unsatisfying new truck buying experience Buying a brand new car is stressful and hard. Chris Anderson at Sheehy Ford in Richmond made no efforts whatsoever to make it any easier. At the end Buying a brand new car is stressful and hard. Chris Anderson at Sheehy Ford in Richmond made no efforts whatsoever to make it any easier. At the end of the two-day buying process I had a truck that I could afford and am satisfied with my new F-150. It was not a smooth buying process, and it continues to be a frustrating experience as I wait to have my rear tire well liners (that I paid for at full price) to be installed. Getting information out of Chris has been like pulling teeth, and at each step in the buying process when he assured me that he would follow up with me, he has failed to do so. I am also waiting to have the scratched rear window replaced, and Chris assured me by email (after I specifically requested a phone call) that "I will get with service as soon as I get in to make sure everything is taken care of properly." Chris told me that I had a 7:30am appointment this morning and apparently that is not the case. I have called repeatedly to find out when my truck will be done and I've been disconnected or transferred to voice mail every time. I'm not sure that buying the "VIP" service package was worth it. Overall not the satisfying new car buying experience I was hoping to get. It's the truck that I've dreamed of getting for years, and in that regard I am satisfied. But I suspect I paid too much, and I am not getting a satisfied feeling about buying the VIP service package after my first service experience today. More
