Great Sales and Service! Terrible Finance Staff. I've bought two cars here and I am very happy. My sales person for both sales was Josh Shepard and he was fantastic. Ask for him! The service department is also very good and friendly. Sadly, I had nothing but problems with the "finance guys" both times. They are bullies and outright liars, try to do as much financing as you can without their involvement. Management is great and really went the extra mile when I had an issue with the (surprise) financing department. That said, I am VERY happy with the sales people and the dealership as a whole. More

I had heard nightmares about negotiating and buying a used car, but Josh made the process transparent and seemed to really care that I was satisfied with my new Ford. The car I purchased had to be transferred from another location, which Josh made work according to my timeline. Additionally, he made sure that the couple of minor items that needed to be fixed were addressed to perfection, and done so in as convenient as possible manner for me. Why I did business with Josh I had been shopping for a particular Expedition. Ford dealers from Virginia Beach to Lynchburg said they couldn't find one, but they had X on the lo I had been shopping for a particular Expedition. He also said if that's the one I want he wouldn't try and sell me anything else. Three days later he called and said he had exactly what I wanted on the lot. He had it shipped in from NC. We purchased the vehicle from out of state and because of not having proper guidance and management of purchasing our new tags it caused three different trips to to MVA. When I called the dealership after the third trip to the DMV I spoke with a representative about the occurrence and ask to speak with a manager she then transferred me to an voice mail. We then had to replace the battery and alternator one day after the warrenty expired which cost us $690. We have purchase many cars over the years only dealing with couple of different dealerships because of their great customer service. The vehicle was a difficult find and we decided to venture out because of wanting this vehicle. A lessoned learned to stay where you know you will receive good customer service. More
