This was a very good experience for my wife and me. We don't feel like we were pressured into anything and got exactly what we wanted and for a good price. The car was cleaned and washed before we left the lot and overall we are very satisfied. As a side note, we drove into the wrong Sharrett dealership and spoke with Paul (over at Buick GMC). Even though he was with another customer, he took the time to help us figure out where we were supposed to go. Class act all around! We will definitely recommend you all in the future! Thanks again! I will be forever grateful to them for going out of their way, to help me with a loan, pricing ect. The one and only little issue we had was in regards to the cleanliness of the used vehicle I bought. We had just figured they would have cleaned/vacuumed the car before we drove it off the lot. Other than that minor issue, the entire experience ended up being perfect! I would, and have, recommended only SHARRETT to all friends and family...my fiance is going to be purchasing a car within the next couple months, and of course only from Josh at Sharrett!! More
I was looking for a vehicle to replace my 8 year old car and I noticed the used car listings, in my Sunday newspaper. Ms. Moore responded back to me within 2 minutes, and offered to answer any questions, that I may have. We arranged for me to come in my next available evening, which was 2 days later and she introduced me to Efrain. Both of them were very thorough in their handling of the entire transaction and were even willing to allow me a day or two, to get some insurance questions answered, for the vehicle, that I was looking at. Once I sent in another request, we worked out a time, after I was done working to come in and get the paperwork settled, so that I could take purchase of my new "used" vehicle. I was very pleased, as I probably spent less than 2 hours from start to finish, to purchase my vehicle, which was very helpful, with my tight schedule. They were both very courteous and never pressured me into making any decisions, that I was uncomfortable with. Based on the service that I received, I would highly recommend buying from either Emily or Efrain, to anyone looking to buy any vehicle, whether new or used. More

This dealership has a tendency to "pass the buck" after a sale. First, they promise a particular amount for a particular period (e.g. 60 months). They say they're "tweaking" the amount of the vehicle to get you the monthly rate you want. What they actually do is increase the number of months -- EVEN AFTER YOU TOLD THEM YOUR TERM LIMIT!!!! They also add fees onto the price of the car - again AFTER - they tell you one price. DON'T BUY FROM THE DEALER!!! BEWARE -- If you do buy from them, ask to take the contract off-site to read through. They distract you so much you lose focus. Once they rip you off, THEY WON"T MAKE IT RIGHT, FOLKS!!! More
