Thankyou for your feedback. With the oil change and tire rotation, we perform a complete safety inspection and a courtesy wash. We apologize for the longer that normal service time as we strive to complete the services as fast as possible. I see we also had to test one of the keyless entry fobs as it wasn't operating properly and to verify it was only a bad battery
