Gerard White is a true professional I had first met Gerard White just over 3 years ago when I was in the market for a Pick up truck. With all of the available options out there the choic I had first met Gerard White just over 3 years ago when I was in the market for a Pick up truck. With all of the available options out there the choice was made 1000 times easier by Gerard and his knowledge of his products. I ended up getting my GMC Sierra Denali and 3 years later I loved it so much that I purchased my lease. Gerard was there for me yet again to make the transition nice and easy even though I didn’t come back to get a newer version. I may in the future but I just love this truck so much. So if you are in the market for a new vehicle contact Gerard. You won’t be disappointed! More
Non Existant Customer Serice Buyer BEWARE: Purchased NEW 2017 Envision with 3K miles. on Dec 2017(managers vehicle so we were told). Since then, I've put 8K miles on the vehicles. Buyer BEWARE: Purchased NEW 2017 Envision with 3K miles. on Dec 2017(managers vehicle so we were told). Since then, I've put 8K miles on the vehicles. During 2018, the vehicle has been back to the dealership around 10 times for all types of service! The most current time it was in was Dec 2018 One of the times the vehicle was in, Bosco brought out to me with the ENTIRE passengers side dented & scratched. He was MORTIFIED that this happened. They did fix this at their expense, and do this day still have no idea how that happened. Bosco has been the ONLY 1 in the dealership that seems to care about the customer. Roughly 10 times in 12 months its been in the shop for repairs - The vehicle is crap and not a reliable, worthy car for anyone to drive. I have been asked what would make me happy...well All I want is to give the car back, rip up the lease, move on to a dealership that will actually care about MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. I have contacted the managers of both the service & sales departments. Both told me that they have nothing to do with this and that I need to file a claim with corporate. I have contacted corporate starting on Dec 18, 2018 and still not 1 person has called me back. I'm completely disappointed in Buick and this dealership for letting a customer have such a horrendous experience and not caring to correct it. More

Dishonest Service Department I brought my car in for service on 2 occasions. I was given a list of repairs that needed to be done. I took the list to other mechanics to verify the I brought my car in for service on 2 occasions. I was given a list of repairs that needed to be done. I took the list to other mechanics to verify the accessed problems with the vehicle to find that the repairs I was told was needed was not needed. Sheehan quoted me over 1500 in repairs and I took it elsewhere and had my car repaired for 45.00. Because this happened to me on two occasions I tried to call Tom Sheehan and left several messages and he never would return any of my calls. My other issue is that I know the dealer is more expensive but I have found it to be three times more then using other auto repair shops. More
Battery Replaced We had to take our Buick Encore to Sheehan service center and Alan Payson service advisor is the one who helped us. We highly recommend him. Alan Payson Gets The Job Done I had major transmission problems since I bought my 2015 Yukon Denali. After 6 transmission "tune-ups", Alan shows up and gets the faulty transmission I had major transmission problems since I bought my 2015 Yukon Denali. After 6 transmission "tune-ups", Alan shows up and gets the faulty transmission replaced - finally. At 36,200 miles, my info screen goes out just past warranty. Alan pops the hood and hits the system reset button and it is fixed. I have spent time with Jag service and MB service and Alan ranks up there with the best of them. CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND FAST!!! I'm going to be honest... I hate going to dealerships especially when I know I'm going to be spending a lot of money on a repair.
