They did not complete the Original request For oil change. Did not communicate that oil change had not been completed. Spent two days focused on a problem they could not Replicate. Did not Initiate co change. Did not communicate that oil change had not been completed. Spent two days focused on a problem they could not Replicate. Did not Initiate communication with me to update job status during the two days. I Was unaware that oil change had not been completed until I was driving home after requesting my car back for an upcoming trip! Service people did not apprise me of this when I picked up my car. I am very disappointed with this location and lack of communication! I certainly would’ve waited an additional hour to have the oil changed if I had known that this had not been completed! More
