2017 Fiat 500 ABARTH Rob Graham and Alia Corbett were instrumental in guiding me thought the purchase process. Iv purchased many cars over the last few years and this was Rob Graham and Alia Corbett were instrumental in guiding me thought the purchase process. Iv purchased many cars over the last few years and this was hands down the smoothest and trouble free dealership experience ever. There was no pressure from the sales team at all. I found the car I wanted through a dealer search and was skeptical about driving 2 hours to do the dealership dance. Rob had the Fiat out front and ready when I arrived. There was no paperwork talk or financing questions. It was "here are the keys, let me know how you like it and don't get lost." The car was right, the price was right and the decision was right. I couldn't have asked for a better sales team. Thanks Rob and Alia.. Happy motoring More

Satisfied with used car purchase. It was very easy to work with Alia over the phone. She explained everything clearly, from the length of time it would take to ask me a few questions, It was very easy to work with Alia over the phone. She explained everything clearly, from the length of time it would take to ask me a few questions, to the next step when going to the dealership in person and meeting with a sales representative. When we arrived, Todd met us promptly. He was friendly, easygoing, and pleasant to work with. He also explained all steps in the process, and followed up by phone a couple of days later to make sure we were happy with our vehicle and to answer any questions. Great car buying experience Car shopping is always a stressful time. You never know who you can trust. I had never heard of R&R before. We are not local. We found a vehicle there Car shopping is always a stressful time. You never know who you can trust. I had never heard of R&R before. We are not local. We found a vehicle there we were interested in online and emailed about it. We got a call within minutes from Alia. She scheduled us to see it the following day. Rob met us there. He was very easy going and good to work with. When we went to test drive it the battery light came on so we didn't get to go far. Rob had his mechanic check it out and fix what needed to be fixed. He then had someone drive it to us (45 minutes) so we could test drive it more thoroughly. We liked it so we signed papers right then and they took our vehicle back as a trade in (which we also got an amazing deal on. Much higher than other dealerships offered). So far so good with the car. I'm very satisfied with our purchase and the dealership. They seem to stand behind their vehicles. More

Great, fast service The folks at R&R Budget Auto were able to put together a deal for me in a few hours from the time I test drove the vehicle to being able to pick it up The folks at R&R Budget Auto were able to put together a deal for me in a few hours from the time I test drove the vehicle to being able to pick it up. I traveled 4 hours to test drive and worked with them to be able to purchase and arrange pickup later that day so I was able to drive the vehicle the 4 hours back. They were great to deal with.
