I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from a different dealership They all go above and beyond to make sure any and every customer starts and leaves happy! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from a different dealership (first mistake) and have had a couple of problems with it. But I'm glad that I purchased extra warranty options as they have paid off already. I called the service center and they said it would be no problem to take care of it under the warranty(s)! even on the days that wasn't convenient for me to drop off my vehicle they still found a way to work around my schedule. I can honestly say that i don't think any other dealer would go that far out of their way to insure that the customer needs are met first! I will definitively be bringing my Jeep back again and again!! you guys have made me a customer for life! More

After a few weeks, we noticed that one of the windshield wiper arms was not working. Honestly, I don't know if it was working when we purchased the car or not, but when we had the wiper transition replaced to correct the situation, Sheb. Chrysler did not charge us for the part or the labor related to the repair. This was an old high mileage car that we purchased, but they impressed me with their integrity by fixing it when it may not have been their responsibility. I didn't even bring the relatively recent purchase up in the process. More

While I bought my Jeep 10 years ago from this dealership working well with the owner, my older Jeep had problems that nobody could figure out with the even the most sophisticated diagnostic equipment. Josh Burnard and his whole service team had my Jeep many weeks this summer and I really appreciated their care, understanding, and relentless pursuit to get me back on the road. They succeeded where most would have washed their hands of the situation. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. More
Hard at work My husband and I picked up our vehicle on Thursday and we were leaving with that vehicle to go to South Dakota the next day. I had went to Wal-Mart an My husband and I picked up our vehicle on Thursday and we were leaving with that vehicle to go to South Dakota the next day. I had went to Wal-Mart and the vehicle wouldn't start. Matt from the service department came to Wal-Mart, got me vehicle started and was working hard to find out what the problem was. Matt happened to be staying over just to work on my vehicle. Randy who is a manager also helped Matt figure out the problem which was fixed immediately.. Also Dory, the saleswoman was there to help too. If I needed a part for my vehicle , she was the one to go pick it up. I had groceries in my vehicle and they put the stuff that needed to be refrigerated in their refrigerator for me while figuring out the issue. At the end of it all, it was only the battery. The wires weren't hooked up properly. They were loose. Had it been something more, they would have fixed it immediately.Thank you Matt, Dory, and Randy for working hard to find the problem and helping me out. You All worked really hard and I am thankful for that. More

I thank you very much for that. Also just this February I had a mishap with one of my keys for the Ram Truck which are rather expensive. I called up Sheboygan Chrysler and talked to management ( Chad Black ) to see about getting a replacement and he said he would replace the key for free. I was very surprised at this and happy. So I would like to thank the Management at Sheboygan Chrysler and also the service department for taking care of the key issue for me. This is why I keep coming back to Sheboygan Chrysler because of the great sales, management and service departments. Thank You Again for everything !!!!!! More
