The joy of a new Pacifica My vehicle was in for service, and I wondered if I could possibly test drive a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica to see if I would like it. Omar Cortez was the first sales person I met when I entered the showroom, and after a brief discussion he soon gave me the key fob for the test drive. After the drive we sat down to talk about possibilities. A week later Omar called us with an excellent package of rebates and incentives. The car on the lot was not the color we wanted, so Omar got us the perfect car from Milwaukee. Two weeks after the test drive we are the happy owners of a beautiful Pacifica. Omar was knowledgeable, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. When we came to pick up the vehicle, Omar wasn't available; so Chad Shaw got things going in a wonderful way. He helped us find where the new car was parked so we could see it, and he transferred the license plates from the old car to the new one. He also introduced us to Business Manager Jennifer Weber. She, too, was so knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the many papers and contracts needed for the transaction. Understanding and signing all those papers was a breeze, thanks to Jennifer!
