They were kind. Alia contacted me before I left and informed me that they had the exact make and model I was searching for. As soon as I entered the dealership Chad Alia contacted me before I left and informed me that they had the exact make and model I was searching for. As soon as I entered the dealership Chad asked if he could assist me. We sat down and within a minute he understood why I was there. Within 7 minutes he was going to get the car I was there to see. I went to look at another car so he introduced me to Randy in case he wasn't there when I returned. I called back in less than half an hour and told him I was coming back to buy the Stow 'n Go. It took about half an hour after I returned and I had my new car. More

Great customer service and communication. Dale and Alia were very helpful in locating the vehicle my wife and I wanted. It was a wait but we'll worth it. What we loved about Dale was he didn't push us to make a purchase, very understanding and helpful getting to know what we need. We were very direct with what we were looking for and he understood us. Alia communicated to Dale very well, as soon as we arrived at the dealership Dale knew exactly who we were and what we were looking for. When we got the dealership we worked with Joel Hammen and had one of the best vehicle buying experiences that we've had so far. Needless to say, we drove 2 vehicles home that day, including a Dodge Eco-Diesel. Everyone at Sheboygan Chrysler was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend them for their customer service, knowledge, and value. More
