I haver been a loyal customer for many years and buying 3 vehicles form them in the pasted. I purchased a 2013 Explorer XLT 6 years ago. The about 3 years ago traded in the Explorer and purchase a 2013 GMC A vehicles form them in the pasted. I purchased a 2013 Explorer XLT 6 years ago. The about 3 years ago traded in the Explorer and purchase a 2013 GMC Ardica from James at the Mazda dealership. He was a great guy to work with. Last year I traded in my 2018 Explorer XLT like new condition to buy the car I own now. Its a 2022 Explorer loaded with all chrome and extras. I traded in my nice car and still had to pay a 5 year note of $326 a month. I owned it 11 months now and decided to pay it off. Only putting on 8K miles Plus serving the vehicle with new tires, new brakes, Complete engine tune-up. LOF. etc spending over $1600. I wanted to know what I could get on a t5rade in on a 2018 Cadillac. with 158K on it. My car only had 120K and being 4 years newer thought i could get a good trade in. I checked with the banks what a 2018 Cadillac is selling for and they came up with $17k. They were asking 23K . After trying to get a trade in offer I was shocked They low balled me with an offer for a like new car at only $11,000. The value on the car is still selling for $19k. I am really depressed now knowing that this dealership doesn't care about there customers anymore. Since James is no long working there , They couldn't careless what you paid on a car 11 months ago and even up dating the vehicle with all new parts. I feel after going to another dealership and getting a offer of $17,800 i was taken advantage of. Be3ing a woman now a days you have to be so care full who you are dealing with. I spent them the pictures of my car with all the repairs e last 3 weeks ago. That didn't make any different they cut down the care they sold me last 11 months ago for $21k. I just paid off my load of $16,400 i still owed on it. After only owning it 11 months and having a 5 year note I decided to pay it off. Being a woman i feel that this dealership was taking advantage of me and knowing what my car should be worth trading in from 2 other dealers i will never go back there again. be care full if you are buying from this dealership. Bought a car that was listed with a high trim package on dealers website. Sale papers completed with higher trim package listed. Later that day when reviewing the specs for the vehicle, noticed the informat dealers website. Sale papers completed with higher trim package listed. Later that day when reviewing the specs for the vehicle, noticed the information did not completely represent the car purchased. Thanks to google, found out the car was actually several trim packages lower and also involved in a minor accident. Met with manager 2 days later (who also was working when we bought the car), stated listed price is for the lower trim model, cannot change price, and it has always been listed in their system as the lower trim model. Stated the program/system he uses (V-Pro) to price vehicles put the wrong information in and has done this on other vehicles, but it was priced correctly for the lower trim package. Did compensate cost of remote starter since it was listed in dealers comments and not actually on the car. I was finally given a carfax report. I would like to know how we can get through an entire visit and complete sales agreement on a car listed with a higher trim model than what it is, and not one person noticed or said anything that it was a different trim package. And why are they using a system that is apparently not working correctly...We were not notified of the accident on the vehicle before purchasing either. This is the 4th time I have been at this dealership to purchase a vehicle or help my kids buy a vehicle. The first 3 times were great, after the 4th and current visit, I don't think I will be back for a 5th time. I still do not feel like this purchase was above board but it was not my call to make on this one. Just thought customers should be aware of the issue with the pricing system. More
