I had fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end. Everyone worked with myself and my family to get us exactly what we wanted for our brand, new Jeep Wranglers. Sean took the time to sit with myself and my family to explain everything about the vehicles and get the answers if he did not readily have them. He helped make my Jeep for ME and made sure I was happy. He is a fantastic salesman and has a great personality. Scott was great with conversation and helped me understand a lot of the paper stuff I had to fill out without making it tedious. Tracy did a fantastic job of follow-up and any other job she needed to when I traded in my old vehicle for my new one. Overall I was very pleased with the service and sales relationships. More

My husband and I did not recieve good service from a competitor, so we were leary about checking out another dealership in the area, but knew instantly after speaking to Shisseng over the phone that it competitor, so we were leary about checking out another dealership in the area, but knew instantly after speaking to Shisseng over the phone that it was worth our time to drive to Sheboygan and check out a vehicle. Shisseng was supposed to leave for the day at 5 pm, but went out of his way to stay to accomodate our work schedules. He ended up being there with us until 8:30. That alone spoke volumes to us. He was very friendly and honest and answered all of our questions. We would definately purchase another vehicle with him in the future. The manager that we met (cannot remember his name) was able to negociate a better trade price for us and we greatly appreciated that. We also were very happy with the finance person that we met with. I believe his name was Timothy. He was very personable and down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. Sheboygan Chrysler Center deserves all 5's accross the board. We were extremely satisfied with their customer service and have been telling all of our friends about them. More
