We received a friendly welcome right from the start. They even took the time to get to know our four year old son. My husband and I were drawn to this dealership because of the prices we saw on the internet. We were looking to purchase a van to accomodate our now family of six. We pulled into the lot and were pleased that we had a few minutes to ourselves to look at the vehicles. Brad then came out to the lot and greeted us. I was very relaxed working with Brad because he was very friendly and knowledgable. It wasn't long after that I was test driving a van. I was very reluctant to look at vehicles because I an often discouraged by pushy sales man that we have dealt with at other local dealerships, but Brad made purchasing this vehicle easy. We decided to buy the van because we felt the price was low compared to other dealerships that we had shopped around at. When we stopped back to buy the van, the process was so smooth and quick. We worked with Timothy for financing the vehicle. We had brought our younger children along this time, and Timothy was exceptional at making the process go by so quick as we tried to entertain the kids. He was very personable and friendly that it was a pleasure working with him. I was excited that we were able to leave with the van within hours of us starting the process of purchasing. Randy had worked with us at the end of the purchase. He too was very helpful at answering any of our questions. I have to say that all the other employees working that day were very friendly and professional. Everyone greets you and they make sure you can get the best possible service ever. He helped make my Jeep for ME and made sure I was happy. He is a fantastic salesman and has a great personality. Scott was great with conversation and helped me understand a lot of the paper stuff I had to fill out without making it tedious. My husband and I did not recieve good service from a competitor, so we were leary about checking out another dealership in the area, but knew instantly after speaking to Shisseng over the phone that it competitor, so we were leary about checking out another dealership in the area, but knew instantly after speaking to Shisseng over the phone that it was worth our time to drive to Sheboygan and check out a vehicle. Shisseng was supposed to leave for the day at 5 pm, but went out of his way to stay to accomodate our work schedules. He ended up being there with us until 8:30. That alone spoke volumes to us. He was very friendly and honest and answered all of our questions. We would definately purchase another vehicle with him in the future. The manager that we met (cannot remember his name) was able to negociate a better trade price for us and we greatly appreciated that. We also were very happy with the finance person that we met with. I believe his name was Timothy. He was very personable and down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. Sheboygan Chrysler Center deserves all 5's accross the board. We were extremely satisfied with their customer service and have been telling all of our friends about them. More
