Bought a used car on Monday 11/5, went to pick it up yesterday (Friday 11/9). We waited a few days to pick it up because we paid cash and had to transfer money between accounts. We told them we were picking it up Friday after work and they knew we were coming. I might point out that at other dealerships, someone offered to come get me to pick up the car, and no one did in this case, so we were scrambling to figure out who was going where with our other vehicles. I don't expect them to roll out the red carpet for us. We were only buying a $9500 used car. But when we got there, the salesperson we bought it from wasn't there (he knew we were coming). He was gone for the day. No one even acknowledged us, and when they did, they treated us like we were bothering them or disrupting the routine. We stood by the desk for 30 minutes while the receptionists behind scrambled around to figure out what was going on and who could help us. We were very confused. Again, I didn't expect them to bow before me or anything, but usually when you're at a car dealer with money burning a hole in your pocket, the salesperson is at least present to shake your hand. We barely got a thank-you, and that was from the lady behind the desk as I was opening the door to leave. Also, every time I've ever purchased a car, they deliver it with a full tank of gas as a courtesy. This car had less than 1/4 tank. More
We drove from pretty far away to come look at a car we were very interested on the internet. According to everything it looked great, we thought we would love it. They knew we were coming and assumed that since we were making such a long trip, that we were going to buy. The salesman, Ron, kept asking questions like, "So, who's buying the car?" So, what name should be put it under?" "blah blah when you get back to buy the car." After every time we corrected him and said 'if we buy this car." In no way was this a done deal. So we test drove it and it was a beautiful car. We just decided that we didn't like the tan colored interior as much as we thought we would. I also thought it ran a bit loud. We test drove one closer to our area and it didn't make that much noice, but anyway. We've been looking for a while and thought we could settle with it, but seeing it in person, we didn't just "fall in love with it." He then proceeded to tell us what a great car it was, it was limited edition, you won't find this price anywhere, this is a perfect car, why don't you like it? ...yadda, yadda, yadda. I told him numerous times that it had nothing to do with how beautiful and upkept this car was. I agree it was a beautiful car. It just wasn't for us. It didn't wow us like we thought. He then started saying things like "well you did see the pictures online before you came, didn't you?" I just have no respect for dealerships that try to force me into buying a car that I won't be happy about. More importantly, I hate going to somewhere where a salesperson doesn't LISTEN to their customer. This dealership will never be receiving any of my business. More
We just purchased a vehicle at Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge and are happy with both the purchase price and the sales person we dealt with. My wife and I had a great experience at Sheboygan Chrysler. We were car shopping on line (Cars.com)and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that we wanted to see and test drive. We called Sheboygan Auto and s Chrysler. We were car shopping on line (Cars.com)and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that we wanted to see and test drive. We called Sheboygan Auto and set up an appointment for that day. Everyone there was friendly and courteous. Before we left that day we had made a deal and scheduled to pick up our new (used) Jeep the following weekend. Would reccomend that you check them out before buying from another dealer. They have a big selection of new and used vehicles. Our thanks to Craig Wakefield who took good care of us. More
Scott was fantastic, he knew what we wanted and how much we had to spend. He didn't try to rush the sale. I live in Green Bay and had a unique financial situation. I first contacted Tina at the dealership and explained my situation to her to see if we would be able to do anything. Throughout the process, Tina I first contacted Tina at the dealership and explained my situation to her to see if we would be able to do anything. Throughout the process, Tina kept in contact to let me know what was going on and was honest if she thought we could get me into a newer vehicle. I made the drive from Green Bay to look at an SUV but after realizing my payments would be too high, my sales person Ryan showed me the Chrysler 200 which I had been interested in the summer. He told me about the rebates on the 200. I was hesitant at first but I ended up liking what I saw. I told my salesperson Ryan that I wanted to see the 2011 model. They only had the 2012 on the lot, however, the General Manager had a 2011 that he had been driving. Ryan showed me his vehicle and I fell in love with it! I wanted to buy the car I test drove and the GM agreed to let me purchase the car the he had been driving! Scott in Finance got me approved but asked me wait one more day, turned out Scott got me approved at a lower interest rate with another lender, dropping my payments $40 a month! Lastly, I had noticed there were some scratches on the drivers side door and one of the chrome panels was nicked up. Sean made sure they buffed out the scratches and ordered a replacement panel before I drove away. The dealership, and everyone I worked with, went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. The process was simple and though my situation was unique, not once did anyone there make me feel as if I didn't matter, which seems to be the norm at other dealerships if you don't have enough money down, poor credit, etc. I brought a friend down with me and the dealership not only has me as a loyal customer but I think my friend as well. A+ to this dealership! More

After spending some time on the internet, we picked a couple of possible prospects. We drove to the Sheboygan Chrysler dealership and were greeted by a truly nice salesman. Craig Wakefield helped us along the way to buying our new(used) Dodge Ram truck. Everything from the test drive to the financing was very easy and painless. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and really appreciate Craig's willingness to help us. We also apperciate the phone call he made to us afterwards to "check on us" to see how we were doing with our new purchase. Good customer service is not always easy to find, but we found it at Sheboygan Chevrolet. More
