My husband and I just bought a used Pacifica yesterday! Mike Wolf was VERY, VERY patient with me over a few months to find the RIGHT car for me. While Mike was busy Sean helped us. We pointed out that there was nicks in the windshield and explained what happened before and he was able to make a deal with us that was acceptable to us. (Even though we laughed at it afterwards!) Timothy was a help in finding finacing for us. He was even able to beat what our bank was going to give us! It pays to go through him then the banks fight over you. When I drove off the lot with the new to me car, it started steaming. We went back and they took a look at it right a way! It was just water under the hood from the car wash earlier in the day. It went away went it was ran more and they fixed the light out right away! This is our 3rd time buying from here and I would do it again! We were even able to give the old key back to them on the same ring with paper tag that we got from when we bought our van! How many can do that? More
