We drove quite a long way to find a specific used Durango listed on the dealership's website, and it was exactly as described on the website. We arrived ninety minutes before closing time, and were assisted by the most pleasant laid-back salesman I've experienced in thirty years of buying used cars from dealers. This is a no-haggle dealership, which might have accounted for some of the mellowness, but his helpfulness and good attitude were outstanding. Even though our decision-making (brought the wife) took us past closing time, he and the finance department guys stayed well after hours, rushing the paperwork so we wouldn't have to make the 180 mile trip required by a return the next day. We are very glad we made the trip, getting a great, fast deal on the exact truck we needed. More

We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and then I was contacted by Brad Nelson with a quote on the value of the car I would b on their website. The trade in quote they gave me was more than I received from other dealers so we decided to make the drive from Green Bay to Sheboygan to look at the car. On the way down I called Brad to confirm that we were on our way down. When we arrived Jennifer Weber was waiting for us and the vehicle had been pulled inside to warm up (it was about 20 below with the wind chill). That was such a nice touch! We liked the car, they gave me what they quoted me for a trade in value and Leah got us a great interest rate. Jennifer Weber was very accomodating and friendly as were all of the people that we dealt with at the dealership. My original internet contact was with Sharon Zielke who took the time to introduce herself once we got there as did Brad Nelson who quoted me on the trade in allowance. I will definetly go back to Sheboygan Chrysler next time I need a vehicle. More
