I first located the vehicle online & received a call immediately after inquiring from their online sales support person Sharon Zielke. She was able to answer some questions & review the CarFax with me over the phone. At the dealership I worked with Joel Hammen who was very polite, professional & knowledgeable in the vehicles they sell. It always amazes me that most of the time I (the customer) will know more about the vehicle than the salesman. This was not the case here. Joel answered all my questions and actually taught me a few things I didn't know about the Jeep. Everything about the sale was quick & easy...just the way I like it. We negotiated a little on the price and what I paid in the end I think was fair. I appreciate the fact that they don't push the extended warranty packages down your throat like most dealerships. They were offered of course but when I declined the subject was dropped...what a nice change. I will recommend Sheboygan Chrysler Jeep to anyone thinking about a new or used vehicle. More

She possess a genuine gift to detail both during the sale and follow-up, secondly the used car management staff were kind and helpful and of course your detail to perfection on the closing. Both my wife and I are happy with our choice of vehicle. I had no Idea that we would be driving away with a Cadillac when we first started looking for and at a used Yukon Denali.
