"First time Leasing a New Truck" It was very fun shopping for a new truck. Jake Mauer and Randy Swihart were extremely helpful with my purchase. Even though they didn't have one that had everything I wanted, he found one on a different lot that had it all. So he made arrangements to have that truck brought to Sheboygan Chrysler's lot so i could lease it. That just goes to show that they will do anything in their power to get you the vehicle that you want. Also, signing papers were easy and stress free. 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 key replacement I purchased a new 2015 Dodge Ram and was very impressed with the sales ( Mike Wolf / Randy Swihart department being so friendly and helpful so that I I purchased a new 2015 Dodge Ram and was very impressed with the sales ( Mike Wolf / Randy Swihart department being so friendly and helpful so that I received the deal I was looking for. I thank you very much for that. Also just this February I had a mishap with one of my keys for the Ram Truck which are rather expensive. I called up Sheboygan Chrysler and talked to management ( Chad Black ) to see about getting a replacement and he said he would replace the key for free. I was very surprised at this and happy. So I would like to thank the Management at Sheboygan Chrysler and also the service department for taking care of the key issue for me. This is why I keep coming back to Sheboygan Chrysler because of the great sales, management and service departments. Thank You Again for everything !!!!!! More
