Too much puffing. I expected the stains on the seats to be cleaned better and some of the paint scratches to be buffed. They even made sure to help me schedule a time for a chip in my windshield to be repaired. I was able to find a warranty that fit my needs, and Shisseng did an awesome job going over all the finances and making sure I had the best understanding possible.
