Beyond disappointed!! Terrible experience here! Hardly five months after buying my car from these guys and I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with my experience, I could just cry! Just shy of 3 months after buying my 08 Malibu a light on the dash came on, of course I right away called to have it checked. Come to find out it was a MAJOR issue with the transmission, it had to be completely rebuilt. I will say, they lent me a car to use while it was being fixed and it thankfully was covered given the fact it was less then 90 days of buying it that this happened. So, I gave them the benefit out of the doubt granted it was being taken care of. Finally, after a full week I go to get my car back. I'm pulling off and instantly notice the steering wheel has to be cranked to the left-yet I'm going straight! I called saying it appears they gave me it back needing an alignment, mind you was not the case when I brought it in! They tell me bring it back, they'll take a look at it. So, here I am AGAIN in the service waiting room on my only day off. They tell me it did in fact need an alignment, they're sorry and it's fixed now. What, really??...why didn't they check that properly BEFORE giving it back to me in the first place!? But, okay..it's fixed. A month and a half goes by(so about 5 months after buying it) & my car is making a loud BAD sounding noise! I call, bring it in(again!!) to find out it's the front left wheel bearing...completely shot needing to be fixed almost imminently. I left, didn't have them work on it as there estimated price was very high, not to mention I have no trust in them at this point. I make some calls and do a lot of research to find out that it was very likely them who caused this to happen from the work they just previously did..and if not then they should have told me I had a wheel bearing going out that should be fixed soon. But NO, they instead told me everything looked great after the alignment they just had to do. Clearly they do things halfa**(sorry, lack for a better term) But this has been just plain ridiculous! I haven't even had this car six months and it's been one thing after another! :'( Also, aside from all these big things I also had to have the fan motor replaced as it was making a loud noise when blowing air and the rear defrost didn't work at all-right after I bought it, had to take it in to be fixed for these things as well. I understand I didn't buy BRAND new and things happen with used cars but I feel this has been FAR too much for such a SHORT time when I was under the impression I had a reliable car that would be safe for my child and I for quite some time before issues could occur, I paid alot for it after all and trusted them. I am obviously not happy at all with the service Sheboygan Chevy has given me. Here I am right after Christmas having to come up with money for car repairs. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from them again or recommend them to anyone! :( Be careful!!! More

Body shop workmanship and caring employees were awesome!! Body shop did an amazing job!!! Four hundred and fifty miles from home (St Charles, MO) we hit a deer and had over $12,000.00 damage to our 2013 Hond Body shop did an amazing job!!! Four hundred and fifty miles from home (St Charles, MO) we hit a deer and had over $12,000.00 damage to our 2013 Honda CRV. Cliff and crew were amazing! Cliff took care of not only the CRV but us as well the day of the accident, he arranged for a rental car, transportation to pick up the rental car, and stayed late to allow us to transfer our belonging from our car to the rental. The repairs to the CRV including a new roof clip were top notch. We have had the CRV back for two weeks and it has already been on one road trip and NO issues at all with repairs...as good or better than when new. We would recommend this body shop and their caring employees without reservation More

I went to look for a place to buy my new silverado. I went looking 3 different places to buy one. After talking to Steve I was very happy with the friendly personality,and the way they bend over backward went looking 3 different places to buy one. After talking to Steve I was very happy with the friendly personality,and the way they bend over backwards to please you. 2 years later I went back to buy a different vehicle for my wife. Steve didn't change at all. Still has that friendly personality. I have always had my vehicles worked on by Sheboygan Chevrolet, even when I didn't buy them there. They are number One in service. everyone in the customer service is friendly, and will tell you the truth about whats wrong.It looks like I will return there to buy my next car or truck, I hope Steve will be working there yet.
