LIARS UNFAIR BULLCARP I called on about Nov 16 the dealer took all my info then call me and said APPROVED for 0 down 0 interest i told him dont waste my time if this ant t I called on about Nov 16 the dealer took all my info then call me and said APPROVED for 0 down 0 interest i told him dont waste my time if this ant true He John Chatmon told me come down pick out my new Equinox being a 3rd shirt semi driver trainer i explain my time is very important no problem i was told When we got there he was gone had to deal with some else who told us we need to pick out a different car that costs less STRIKE 1 then we picked out a drove a Cruse didn't qualify STRIKE 2 then we picked out the cheapest car they sold very small Sonic we drove it home o down o interest we returned the next day and was shown paperwork for $500 GIFT CARD and 9 % interest $427 A MONTH FOR 6 YEARS FOR A POP CAN CAR CAR !!!! Bottom line they will lie to you and bait you in waste your time and not feel bad about it BEWARE TO ALL YOU HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT THERE hope this helped More

He has a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado in great condition; but was looking fo My husband recently stopped into Patsy Lou dealership to look at new trucks. He has a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado in great condition; but was looking for a newer model. A sales guy stopped him and basically blew him off! He sent him to another man that did the same! (He was in his work clothes; so I guess he did not look dressed up enough for the sales guy!) We purchase all of our vehicles from Al Serra and will continue to do so! Al Serra dealership is GREAT and they have GREAT SALES PEOPLE AND OFFICE WORKERS who are always willing to help! More
Horrible and Unethical I purchased a new car from them. They forged my signature on paperwork which is a felony. They delivered the car to me and sent a new sales person who I purchased a new car from them. They forged my signature on paperwork which is a felony. They delivered the car to me and sent a new sales person who put a chip in the hood and went "only 90mph" on the way here. It took them forever to pay off my trade in loan and passed me around to different staff for weeks to avoid the fact that they didn't pay it off until I called enough to make some noise. The car wasn't detailed or even washed when delivered...this is the worst new car buying experience I've ever had. More

Antoinette Stokes; awesome employee I called Patsy Lou in December asking about purchasing a used vehicle when my school loan money became available, and since I looked online, it was An I called Patsy Lou in December asking about purchasing a used vehicle when my school loan money became available, and since I looked online, it was Antoinette Stokes who e-mailed me asking what I was interested in, what my price range was, vehicle of choice, and when I would be purchasing it. She asked all the important questions, important to me. She asked if I I wanted to finance and when I said I would rather pay in cash she didn't push the issue as so many sales people do and just irritate you. Since that first e-mail, Antoinette has e-mailed twice and called me twice, checking in, going through the data base with me to narrow down my likes and dislikes. Not only is she very knohrwledgeable about vehicles, she actually listend to what I want, which is a rarity in many businesses today. Based just on our interactions I have told told three others who are close to me Patsy Lou, but specifically about Antoinette. She is very professional and I think you are lucky to have her, I think her interactions with customers is huge for your company, the kind of customer service representation that many cumpanys would look for. It is my hope that this e-mail, and additional customers that are brought in leads to Antoinette receiving recognition. Before you ask I had never heard of Antoinete prior to e-mailing Patsy Lou, she just happened to be the one who responded and this email is meant as a compliment to her and Patsy Lou for hiring her. Horrible Experience I purchased a 2015 Colorado from this dealership and conducted most of the business online. Chelsea Stevens was easy to work with but does not tell you that the online salespeople (Business development in their terms) are not actually salespeople, but lead generators for the salesmen. Once a price was worked out (thru a GM discount) Mike said he was mroe than happy to take my 2013 Toyota in as a trade. I drove from Indianapolis to Flint, MI to make the transaction on a Saturday. After going thru the new vehicle Mike offered $4000 for my 2013 Camry. His excuse was that Toyotas don't sell in Michigan. Perhaps he should have been more upfront when I asked if they would consider my trade in the first place. His response was simply "Well you cant drive two cars home) I opted to decline his most generous offer which was only slightly below what the car was sold for once I trailered it behind my brand new truck back to Indianapolis. ($11,000 difference btw) Having spent many hours in various dealerships in my life I can honestly say that this particular Chevrolet dealership does not strive for anything short of scraping what profit they can off their customers. I most definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You owe it to yourself to be treated better in the car buying process. More

Our story: My husband travels for work, in order for myself and 3 children to see him we travel as well. Our residence is in the state of Ohio. We own our home and 3 acres, having no mortgage. We owe nothing on our 98 Chevy 2500 4X4 which would have been a trade-in. (quoted $3000 for). We do not have great credit, however Chad was able to get us approved for the 2008 Chevy 3500 that you have. All we needed was $9000 total cash and trade-in. We have it. Came in to test drive it. SO EXTREMELY excited that we were able to FINALLY do something on our own. Something we have worked hard to be able to do, since both of us has been through divorces and hard times. After the test drive we were sold! HOWEVER, when my husband walked in to hand the keys back and to confirm the deal WE WERE SHUT DOWN. Then we were told that there is no way they were selling us ANY vehicle being out-of-state????? So why was I let on like this???? HOW this could happen amazes me, since I have been non stop talking with Chad for a week. Came up with the $6000 and trade-in with tons of extras! Not only to be humiliated but yet extremely let down. I feel like we were lied to. I feel like we are owed an apology with a complete detailed report on WHO and WHY we were denied when the bank said YES. YET THEY SAID NO! AFTER WE GOT THE MONEY THEY SAID WE NEEDED......BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE More
The customer service was phenomenal. They greeted you at the door and made you feel as if you were the their sole importance. Jenna the Service Advisor kept me well informed from when the part arrived to th the door and made you feel as if you were the their sole importance. Jenna the Service Advisor kept me well informed from when the part arrived to the approximate time it would be done. They fixed my car, which needed extensive front end work, within 4 hours and 30 min. The car felt and drove like a brand new car when I left. They went above and beyond expectations. The Courtesy Driver was the nicest person, he also kept me well informed of his leaving time and approximate time of arrival. He was right on time. Would strongly recommend them for your car Service. More
